The staffs are great

The Staffs are all friendly and helpful ! 房間很大，雖然有少少舊，但係都好乾淨，大浴場十分整潔，很舒適

距離車站有啲遠，如果推行李會有啲辛苦，落雨嗰日我哋要call的士

Pros:

部屋が広くて快適だった。

Cons:

エレベーターが少なく部屋に行くのがとても遠い。
エレベーターを乗るのに階段を登らなくてはいけないのは 重い荷物を持つと不便である。
大浴場の洗い場が少なすぎる。

Pros:

性價比高，雖然是內園景，但房間翻新後，完全煥然一新，浴室四正，洗手間正，空間大，兩張單床也不錯（雖然不太大張），連續住兩晚價錢都是HKD1750(沒有早餐，晚餐)，另外大浴場也相當不錯，內裏有兩個大池，亦有乾蒸房間，而室外更有大中小三個泡池，而停車場有室外及室內，落雨時泊室內就比較方便，總括來說，今次體驗相當不俗，下次再到訪輕井澤我都會考慮入住（如果價錢合理的話）。😊😊😊

Cons:

這點我相信沒有解決的方法，就是於1/F Front Desk or B1 停車場位置，行李喼係必須，必須，必須都要搬7至8級樓梯才可以乘搭 “升降機” 至各樓層，但這個對我來說，暫時還可應付。😄😄😄

Pros:

Mooi maar beetje verouderd. De (grote!) kamers waren netjes en proper en de bedden waren goed. Er was een heel goed ontbijt en 's morgens en 's avonds is er ook een onsen ter beschikking. Deze is vrij klein ten opzichte van het aantal kamers waardoor je soms moest staan wachten om je te kunnen wassen.

スタッフの方の対応は良かったと思います

Cons:

思っていたより、だいぶ古くそれは我慢出来ても
バス、トイレが臭く清掃もきちんとされていない
大浴場も不衛生な印象で残念でした
また、利用するかと言うとしません
価格が安くても、あれでは泊まりたくないです

部屋が広く冷蔵庫等もあり過ごし易くお風呂も大きく種類もあり良かったです。

Cons:

１階にフロントがあり中２階からの移動となりますが、そこへの通路が階段しかない為キャスター付きの移動が大変
