We limit the number of room for one booking as 4 rooms at once. In case of booking for more than 4 rooms, the guest should accept cancellation with/without penalty.
Our property welcomes all pets under certain conditions.
A maximum of two (2) pets per room is allowed, with a combined weight limit of 25 kg. Guests must inform the property prior to making a reservation if they intend to stay with a pet.
Pets must be kept on a leash at all times in common areas. Pets are not permitted in the hotel restaurant.
Guests are fully responsible for any damage or loss caused by their pets to the room or hotel premises during their stay.

Staying at Kelebek Cave Hotel was truly one of the highlights of our Cappadocia adventure! As the first and oldest hotel in Cappadocia, Kelebek carries a remarkable legacy, yet what impressed us most is how it has managed to preserve its exceptional hospitality and genuine commitment to customer service throughout the years.
The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, attentive, and receptive to our needs. Their warmth and willingness to help made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. It is refreshing to experience a hotel where hospitality feels so sincere rather than simply part of the job.
The location is absolutely spectacular, perched above Göreme with breathtaking panoramic views of Cappadocia’s iconic fairy chimneys and extraordinary landscape. The scenery alone makes staying here an unforgettable experience, especially during sunrise when hot air balloons fill the sky.

The location, the ambience, the decor, the service, the restaurant food was all absolutely amazing. We had a suite with room to spread out, the view was gorgeous, the bed was comfortable and the attention to detail was perfect
Occassion smell from the plumbing which apparently is a common problem in the cave hotels but we just made sure to flush the shower, bathtub and floor vent each day to prevent it
From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed and looked after, nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

I rarely feel compelled to write a review, but this hotel went above and beyond in every aspect.
**Service that shines.** From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff were warm, kind, and quick to help. Every request was handled with a smile, and it made the whole stay feel effortless.
**A truly stunning property.** Every detail is beautifully curated. You can feel the care that went into the design, and it's a joy to simply wander around and take it all in.
**Experiences you won't find elsewhere.** The hotel partners with the best vendors in town, from horseback riding to a farm breakfast. The farm, which is owned and operated by the hotel, was a highlight of my trip. I highly recommend making time for it.
**Spa services that are incredible.** Truly, don't miss out. It was the perfect way to unwind.
**Food that's a 10/10.** The breakfast spread was amazing, with so many delicious options that I looked forward to it every morning.

Breafast was as expected and met my expectations on site. However the farm outing with breakfast was simply amazing, exceeding my expectations by leaps and bounds. It was so casually offered that I wasn't expecting much but WOW! It captured the true hopsitality of the Turkish culture that I have read so much about. Be hungry when visiting someone! The food was superb, the staff like family and is one of the best experiences of my life during foreign travel. I cannot provide enough praise about the Kelebek , its family heritage and staff. I would love to visit again. The staff was able to get us on a balloon after ours was canceled. The roof top views were so close that people were sharing fruit with the passangers of the balloons. Wonderful experiences.
Nothing that would be doable. We stayed in a fairy chimney.. at night between the vehicles, trucks, and animals it was not a restful sleep. We are dog people so we are used to barking but the other noises were a bit disturbing. A roof heater for making the best views of the city a bit more comfortable. Suggest taking a robe to the roof. It was cold. But the views were worth the chill.

Kelebek Cave Hotel was a wonderful place to stay. Its convenient location made it easy to explore the area, and the staff was incredibly helpful in arranging all my tours and activities. Their warm hospitality and excellent service made my visit to Cappadocia truly enjoyable and stress-free.

Was exceptional location, with amazing spots, we could saw the balloon experience from our private terrace in the room, two days of ours days there. All the staff were very friendly and kindly.
Just a little bit confused when we arrived for our room booking. However, the staff attended our request and they did all the possible to get an unforgettable experience.
Love the location of the hotel! It’s right in the heart of Göreme, and you can easily walk into town to explore the shops and restaurants. I also really liked the traditional cave-style decor. The balloon views are amazing! You can see them flying super close from the hotel balcony, and we also had a beautiful view from our Honeymoon Suite.
There are quite a lot of steps around the hotel. If you’re traveling with elderly parents or anyone with mobility issues, this is definitely something to consider. Also, if you prefer a super polished, spotless, modern hotel vibe, this might not be for you. It’s more rustic and natural, you really feel like you’re staying inside a cave, which is part of the charm and the whole Cappadocia experience. We personally enjoyed the atmosphere, but it’s good to know what to expect before booking.

The hotel looked great as did the room initially. Breakfast was good. Location was excellent. There were great views from the terraces.
The bed situation was horrible. To get to bed on side with wall meant walking down a step, then another step and practically falling into the bed. Very difficult for 2 people. There were steps to get from one location to another within the room. Had trouble getting hot water. Check-in person said he would get us information about special breakfast and dinner - we never heard anything.
