O funcionário da recepção parece estar sempre de mau humor, mal responde. Impressão que estamos incomodando o tempo todo.

O espaço do quarto é bem grande e com cozinha.

Cons:

A cobrança extra e diária de R$50, independente da quantidade de dias - e com um parâmetro de estacionamento não compatível com o valor (sem cobertura e sem supervisão).
Os dias de limpeza do quarto eram espaçados e ainda não foi cumprido.

A estadia é ruim mas o preço é condizente. Fica no centro.

O preço é bom, a localização é perto de tudo, o check in é facil.

Cons:

Não há serviço de quarto ou limpeza durantes a estadia, nem troca de lençóis, toalhas ou papel higiênico. Apesar da boa localização, há muito moradores de rua em frente ao hotel, cerca de 20-30, a região é potencialmente perigosa. A rua não tem acesso a carros, os taxis e uber precisam parar na rua lateral. O café da manhã é bem simples e com pouca reposição. O elevador muitas vezes não vem ao ser chamado. O ar condicionado não funciona bem. O chuveiro, apesar de demorar, esquenta, mas não há como controlar a temperatura.

O Hotel em geral é bem antigo mas as roupas de cama estavam limpas e passadas, o atendimento na recepção foi Ok, e não tive problemas no checkin nem checkout

O quarto tinha mofo, controle da TV quebrado, armários danificados, box do banheiro sujo...
