Very helpful staff, very clean well equipped room, excellent breakfast & wide-ranging menu, beautiful location. Second year staying here to visit family and wouldn’t contemplate staying elsewhere.

Hotel wymaga remontu, stary, brak prysznica, wanna z zasłonką jak 40 lat temu, okna strach otwierać czy nie wypadną, ogólnie czysto, ale strasznie "staro". Śniadanie ubogie. Pierwszej nocy na zewnątrz w ogrodzie była impreza - więc było głośno.
The breakfast was extremely good and the waiting staff were excellent. The location is good for Blackheath which has a charming local feel. The hotel also has a garden to enjoy. The bed was comfortable and we had a good nights sleep.
The bathroom was clean but dated, i.e shower curtain and fixed head shower.

Room exceeded my expectations, was very spacious and comfortable.
Visited during a heatwave and the heat in the room was almost unbearable. There was a fan but it had no effect unless you were directly in front of it. Would be nice to invest in some AC.

The location was great beautiful setting
The lock on the room did not work and my colleague got stuck twice, the receptionist was not helpful and would not move him to a different room, this would be a real fire hazard.

Don't be put off by its location which is a few mile away from London attractions........ simple 108 bus ride to the O2 arena, ( bus stop 2 mins from hotel ) or South Eastern train journey to Central London......Will definitely be back 😀
The staff are phenomenal. They went out of their way to help us. They are friendly and always have a ready smile. We used the restaurant a lot and couldn’t fault the food or servers.
