Pros:

The hotel location is good but its not inform us they will give us the room in different building which not appear while doing the booking.

Cons:

They charge us for extra bed without asking them to bring it while asking the hotel reception one staff said no extra charge but while check out they charge us big amount very bad experience and bad service.

Pros:

Der Gartenbereich ist sehr schön.

Cons:

Leider hat mich der Aufenthalt nicht überzeugt. Es fehlte an Herzlichkeit und echter Gastfreundschaft. Das Zimmer wirkte lieblos eingerichtet und nicht besonders gepflegt. Beim Betreten rollte sogar ein Haarbüschel über den Boden, und der Ventilator war deutlich verstaubt. Der Aufzug war auch ausser Betrieb. Insgesamt hatte man den Eindruck, dass hier nur das Nötigste gemacht wird – auch bei Reparaturen und Instandhaltung.

Insgesamt war ich unzufrieden und ich habe mich nicht wohlgefühlt. Für mich steht fest: Ich werde nicht wiederkommen.

Die wunderbare Lage vom Hotel mit toller Aussicht und freundlichem Personal .
Das Frühstücks Buffet war reichlich und gut.

Cons:

Das ganze Paket war toll, nur das Bett sehr hart für mich.

No AC and no fridge in the room. The lelevator was broken down. No staff at the reception after 5 pm .
The room was prepared for 2, we booked for 4 people. They fixed it directly though

Geweldig gelegen hotel maar het kan beter.
Pros:

De ligging en het uitzicht vanuit de kamer en vanuit het restaurant op de Thunersee was geweldig. Het ontbijt was zeer goed en het personeel zeer vriendelijk.

Cons:

De kamer is iets gedateerd, maar op zich is dat niet zo erg. De lift deed het niet en voor iemand die moeilijk trappen kan lopen was dit niet zo fijn. De douche kan ook worden gemoderniseerd met een thermostaatkraan en een een betere douchekop. De handzeep in de douchecabine was niet bijgevuld.

Gutes Hotel an schöner Lage
Pros:

Tolle Lage oberhalb vom Thunersee. Einfaches, aber schönes DZ im Nebengebäude. Das Bad is zweckmässig löst aber keine Ferienstimmung aus. Alles sauber. Praktischer kleiner Balkon. Restaurant mit schöner Gartenwirtschaft. Die Küche bzw. unser Menü war gut. Genügend Parkplätze.
Frühstück ist vielfältig.

Cons:

Bei unserer Ankunft war die Reception nicht besetzt. Klingeln half nichts. Eine Reinigungskraft informierte uns, dass die Chefin nicht da sei, und wir es mal im Restaurant versuchen sollten. Hat geklappt. Aber heezlich Ankommen sieht für mich anders aus. Schade.
