Sehr idyllisch gelegen, mit ausgezeichntem Restauran und sehr freundlichem Personal

Sehr schöne und ruhige Lage. Das dazugehörige Restaurant ist ausgezeichnet und die Umgebung versetzt den Gast sifort in Ferienstimmung. Das Personal ist äusserst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind grosszügig und hell, jedoch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Weit weg von schlimm, dürften aber widereinmal etwas Liebe erfahren.

Location is good, close to Hilterfingen Post bus stop, however it should note that the walk is up a steep hill. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good

Geweldige ligging. Vlakbij het meer en gratis strandbad met faciliteiten. Zeer vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Kamers en balkon van de annex kunnen wel opknapbeurt gebruiken. En standaard een ventilator op de kamer moeten hebben. Of beter airconditioning

Die Lage, insbesondere der lauschige Garten am Abend.

Cons:

Leider gelang es dem Personal nicht, uns einen zweiten Ventilator aufzutreiben (wir waren zwei Paare in zwei Zimmern) und bei den extrem höhen Temperaturen an diesem Tag und Abend war es etwas schwierig…!

Frische und Auswahl des Frühstücksbuffet. Ausstattung des Badezimmers. Schimmlige Ecken und Plattenfugen. Duschkabine müsste dringend ersetzt werden

Really good location, especially if you want a picturesque hour’s walk into Thun

Great location, a couple of miles from Thun town. Lovely lakeside (mainly) walk into the town. Super views from the huge dining room windows. Free underground parking.

Cons:

We stayed in a double room in the annexe. It was basic, in need of updating and wasn’t as clean as we’d like.

Fantastic panoramic view and ease of getting to Thun on the bus made it worth the stay.
Pros:

The view was amazing,the room(208)was large and light,very clean but a little careworn.As a 3 star there was a couple of things missing,such as a kettle/coffee maker and the bottled water was never replaced nor the towels were changed during our 3 night stay.Which why it’s a 3 star,The breakfast was ok,we did not have dinner there because for us being vegetarians, we found better choice locally.

Pros:

La vue ainsi que la chambre étaient magnifiques. Le restaurant est excellent et le personnel particulièrement aimable et attentionné. Nous avons apprécié chaque aspect de notre séjour. La chambre est calme, la literie très confortable et le balcon est un véritable atout. Une très belle expérience que nous avons pleinement appréciée.

Small hotel slightly off the shore but well worth visiting
Pros:

- the location is good - close to the lake but not directly at the lake - with a 5 min walk to the lake
- the mattresses and pillows were very comfortable
- the breakfast is of very very good quality - we ate like kings - special thanks to the breakfast staff lady for setting up a table of the terrace for us - we had a very special experience 🤍
- indoor parking available (shade was much needed!)

Cons:

- no kettle/fridge in the room
- the room with the lake view only has a partial lake view (1st floor in the annex behind the hotel)
- the check in was strange and somewhat awkward and all information is handed over on a piece of paper - which can be a great addition but probably should not be replacing the usual check in experience
