Il soggiorno della struttura tutto come previsto ed indicato. Comodo anche supermercato a circa 500m
Pros:

Pulita e tranquilla.
Personale molto accogliente e disponibile.
Buona la posizione, circa 700m dalla spiaggia più vicina

Cons:

Mancanza di una lavatrice in appartamento.

Ci ritorneremo
Pros:

Appartamento arredato in modo semplice, ma funzionale. Abbiamo apprezzato la vista, le due terrazze, la vicinanza al centro e alla spiaggia, la possibilità di parcheggiare all'interno della struttura proprio di fronte all'appartamento. Ancora di più la gentilezza dei proprietari e del personale, in particolare Cristina, che si sono più volte interessati ad avere un riscontro sul nostro soggiorno

Cons:

Il wi fi prende solo nelle vicinanze della reception, c'è una piccola salita da fare per rientrare agli appartamenti che con il passeggino è un po' faticosa, ma d'altronde il centro è caratterizzato da salite e scalinate

Vieste è una città splendida, ovunque si mangia e beve bene.
Pros:

Comodità e parcheggio interno. Alloggi non modernissimi, ma spaziosi e con tutto quello che serve.
Personale molto gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Colazione semplice e Bar aperto solo per le colazioni.

Pros:

Struttura carinissima,pulita,personale professionale e sempre disponibile.
Appartamenti piccoli ma ben organizzati,funzionali e dotati di ogni comfort.
Gli alloggi al piano terra dispongono di tavolino con ombrellone molto confortevoli per rilassarsi.

Cons:

Un difetto lo si trova ovunque,anche in un hotel a 5 stelle,figuriamoci in un Residence.
Personalmente sono abituato a vedere il bicchiere sempre mezzo pieno.
In virtù di questo per me il Residence Argeste è TOP!!!

Bene ma non benissimo
Pros:

L'accoglienza della signora del bar è stata ottima, gentilezza e disponibilità.
Un po' meno alla reception, risposte fredde e veloci.
La vista bella, e la tranquillità del posto favorivano sonno tranquillo dal caos del centro paese. Ci vogliono 10 minuti per arrivare in centro, non comodissimo per chi ha passeggini o carrozzine.

Cons:

La camera priva di cose fondamentali quali accendino per i fornelli che nonostante lo abbia fatto notare, me lo sono dovuta comperare io. Mancanza di un cestino per i rifiuti in bagno.
Pochissime cose e ci siamo dovuti arrabattare con quello che capitava.

Il residence è carinoe a piedi arrivi in centro. Struttura pulita e personale cortese.

Cons:

Per il prezzo pagato e l'aggiunta dei 10€ a notte del parcheggio rinnoverei un pó gli appartamenti.
