Pros:

Zeer uitgebreid ontbijt met natuurlijke producten uit eigen tuin (honing en fruit) faciliteiten zijn modern en comfortabel.
Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk maar begrijpt niet altijd alles (Engels).

Cons:

Vragen werden half begrepen of niet uitgevoerd.

Excelente para aproveitar o parque Pena Aventura
Pros:

O hotel é o ideal para quem quer ir ao Pena Aventura porque é praticamente ao lado. Passámos apenas a noite (não usufruímos de todas as comodidades do hotel) e aproveitámos o Parque. Mas o quarto era muito grande, muito cómodo, silencioso, moderno e os funcionário muito prestáveis e simpáticos. O restaurante do hotel é igualmente muito bom. Vale a pena.

Pros:

Simpatia do staff, espaço muito agradável.

Cons:

Os quartos são espaços e com belas vistas, o único ponto negativo foi o colchão da cama, no meu caso, estou habituado a colchões mais duros e o colchão do quarto que fiquei era demasiado mole, chegando mesmo a fazer uma cova onde ficamos deitados o que faz com que o descanso não seja o melhor provocando mesmo dores lombares no dia seguinte. No meu caso, foi o único ponto negativo.
