Buena ubicación con desayuno básico
Pros:

La ubicación es bastante buena. A solo 2 cuadras del malecón de la playa. El personal es amable.

Cons:

Nos tocó la habitación al costado del ascensor y el ruido no nos dejaba descansar pero felizmente nos cambiaron de habitación la tercera noche. Durante nuestra estancia tuvieron problemas con las conexiones de agua y desagüe y el agua del water salía con tanta presión que mojaba todo el baño. Desayuno muy poco surtido y había tanta gente que no encontrabas cubiertos ni tazas.

Modern, clean, luxury hotel right by Ipanema and Copacabana.
Pros:

Excellent staff from front door to the delicious dining room, to the roof top bar by the infinity pool. Everyone provided great service and hospitality! Great location, right near Ipanema, very modern and clean rooms with all the latest amenities. Breakfast was a treat each day, and cocktails and snacks on the roof each evening after touring was wonderful. Highly recommend!

Bring earplugs for any sleep 😴
Pros:

The wafer-thin walls in the rooms meant you could hear everything from snoring neighbours to rowdy corridors and outdoor activities. However, the redeeming factors were the amazing shower – very powerful and hot – and the lovely staff and options at the lobby cafe.

Beware thin walls
Pros:

The walls were incredibly thin, I could hear everything going on in the neighbouring rooms. It disturbed my sleep every night. This is unacceptable for a 4-star hotel. Everything else was pretty good.

Hotel confortável e com boa localização
Pros:

Cama confortável, chuveiro bom, piscina com espaço de sol tranquilo e linda vista do mar

Cons:

As toalhas eram ruins, pia do banheiro pequena, falta do varal dentro do banheiro e café da manhã mal organizado, reposição lenta, máquina de café com problemas
