According to Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age can only stay with the presence of a personal representative and must present identification. In case the minor's not accompanied by either of the parents, a notarized written consent letter from both is required.
Please note that only 1 dog or cat under 8 kilos is accepted per room with an extra fee of R$ 110 per day or R$ 612 per week. Guests are required to sign a responsibility agreement and present the pet's vaccination card on arrival. Please, double check with the hotel for rules and restrictions.

Pool and rooftop terrace operations on December 31:
The pool will close at 12:00 PM on December 31 and reopen at 12:00 PM on January 1;
Due to preparations for and the celebration of the New Year's party, the rooftop terrace will also be closed from 12:00 PM on December 31 until 12:00 PM on January 1.
On New Year's Eve, access to the rooftop terrace will be restricted to guests/customers holding tickets for the party.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A deposit may be required at the property.

The Staff is great - from door security, front desk, cleaning through restaurant/rooftop bar attendants - everyone super nice, professional and friendly. Location is superb so close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Room was very clean and comfortable.

Las habitaciones estaban bonitas y cómodas. La zona de la piscina estuvo linda.
No fuimos al restaurante porque sentimos que la oferta era muy limitada al ser solo comida española.
El gimnasio es muy pequeño.

Excellent staff from front door to the delicious dining room, to the roof top bar by the infinity pool. Everyone provided great service and hospitality! Great location, right near Ipanema, very modern and clean rooms with all the latest amenities. Breakfast was a treat each day, and cocktails and snacks on the roof each evening after touring was wonderful. Highly recommend!

La ubicación es bastante buena. A solo 2 cuadras del malecón de la playa. El personal es amable.
Nos tocó la habitación al costado del ascensor y el ruido no nos dejaba descansar pero felizmente nos cambiaron de habitación la tercera noche. Durante nuestra estancia tuvieron problemas con las conexiones de agua y desagüe y el agua del water salía con tanta presión que mojaba todo el baño. Desayuno muy poco surtido y había tanta gente que no encontrabas cubiertos ni tazas.
