Excellent reception team, only this upset me, is we asked for late check out and approved by one of the recaption team but unfortunately he didn’t pass the message to his next shift or at least record it. which made my family uncomfortable to leave early to Air port and wait for more the 8 hrs.
I think management should use some kind of notification to reception team so it will not occur to other guests.
