Super clean and amazing facilities, the Onsen was top notch

다다미바닥이라 료칸 간접체험이 가능해서 좋았고 청결했어요. 직원분들, 특히 한국어 가능하신 직원분 한국인이신줄 알았어요 아직도 헷갈려요 일본인이신거죠? 한국어능력자.. 불편한점 없도록 열의를 다해주셔서 엄청 감사했고 덕분에 잘 지내다 왔습니다. 조식도 맛있었어요!
온천대욕장이 진짜 좁아요.. 너무 북적여서 불편할정도ㅠㅜ 도톤보리 접근성이 좋지만 그래서인지 도로가 좀 지저분하다는..거대한 바선생도 여러번 봤어요. (다행히 호텔내부는 엄청 청결했어요!)

The staff was very welcoming, and we could keep the bags after checkout until we left Osaka that day.
The location is fantastic, there is a subway very close by, a 7/11 shop and you can walk to Dotonbori via the Namba walkway (it was raining the entire time so it was very useful).
The room and beds were very comfortable, everything very clean, the amenities were good.
I loved the free ramen at night! There is also free ice cream and a yogurt drink but didn’t try those.
I didn’t realise this was a chain hotel otherwise I would’ve booked all my stays in Onyado Nono!
The public onsen is a bit busy in the afternoon/night but you can check the availability on the tv in your room which was nice.
This was a very busy hotel compared to the others I had stayed in, city location will have added to this. Still pleasant and clean.

Les onsen étaient top ! Très propre et accueillant. L’hotel est idéalement situé entre une station de metro et les lieux importants.
Matelas et oreiller un peu dur mais c’est au goût de chacun.
El desayuno es el tradicional japonés, en mi caso que no me encantan los mariscos o el pescado, la sufrí, pero en general muy bien. El soba en la noche está buenísimo, las camas están bien, todo en general, el baño si es pequeño, pero funciona. Está super cerca de dotonbori, avenida principal, cerca de metros, family mart, farmacias y 7eleven, incluye desayuno
La vista de la ventana, pero es algo que no importa mucho si no estarás en el hotel jaja.

Location was excellent for access to Dotonbori & food options in general. Subway stop right there; Namba station a short walk.
Onsen was a relaxing addition to every day, with complimentary ice cream chasers. I only took advantage of the free ramen once because I had too many food things in my list to try, but it was very good. Didn’t include breakfast, but heard it was very good also.
Walking distance to Castle, Shinsekai, Haruki tower…
Nothing.
Pretty much EVERYTHING! It was extremely traditional, the workers were polite and the vibes were amazing!!! And the onsen...My God, it was sooo good after a long day of walking.
