Pros:

大浴場が快適でした。朝は飲み物、午後はアイスと子供も大喜びしてお風呂入ってくれてとても良かったです。

Wonderful haven in the middle of all the action

Very convenient location close to subway station, tourist attractions and Namba Parks.

Cons:

Land of confusion. I've stayed in a few traditional hotels before, and was alright, but this one was confusing in every way. Check-in procedure is dreadful: 100+ actions to make at self service counter, staff member keeps speeding me up instead of helping, than it shows an error, and all in-vain - go to the counter and start over. Lockers for footwear would be enough for me to never return to this hotel. For instance: you have to visit public restroom with no boots... It's not exactly clean, and... there are public slippers - one pair for the whole hotel with hundreds of people. Have they ever heard of hygiene? Futons were far from comfy.

If you are looking for a safe clean and easy walk to major attractions I doubt you will do better
Pros:

This is a perfectly located to the Dotonbori and all its wonders and a 5 minute walk to the M line The Onsen is first rate with a Sauna. The 930 half Raman is a cracker Enjoy yourself

Cons:

Not a lot not like. Like every Hotel space is a premium but this will suit the majority with quality innerspring type futons
