Our stay was wonderful, this hotel exceeds my expectations each time I visit
Pros:

This is my second time staying at this property, and it has exceeding my expectations once again. The beds are comfortable, and rooms are on the larger side, the spa facilities are beautiful and a great way to unwind after a long day, the location cannot be beat, and the breakfast buffet is delicious with a great variety. A great accommodation choice.

Cons:

The check out process was my only complaint. We asked for the front desk to call us a cab as we had 4 suitcases and 2 large backpacks, and we were told to want down the street to find a cab, and that he wouldn’t call one.

Cama e travesseiros bem firmes, tem que tirar o sapato pra entrar no hotel, quarto e box chuveiro bem pequeno.

Exceeded expectations
Pros:

The hotel is basically the highlight of our stay in Osaka. The location is fantastic, near to the train station and many food options. After half a day out, my daughter and I really look forward to going back to the hotel for the hot spring to ease our aching legs. We especially look forward to the complimentary ramen at night and will save our appetite for it.o9

I love the tatami mats throughout the hotel and the policy of keeping the shoes locked at the lobby. It just felt like home. Honestly, the photos don't do justice to the hotel, I almost gave it a miss because of it.

Cons:

I wish there are more lifts. Quite slow especially during the peak hours.
