Басейн-супер! Ресторан дуже приємний. Хинкалі дуже смачні.

Ввічливий персонал, загалом готель хороший. Велике ліжко, з дитиною було комфортно. Хороше спа та басейн. Хороші сніданки, великий вибір того що можна обрати поїсти.
Був брудний холодильник, в середині була цвіль яка легко витирається. Було б добре оновити ремонт, у ванній розбита плитка на підлозі і немає де сушити мокрі речі після басейну.
Дуже гарне місце розташування, тиха вуличка не далеко від центру курорту. Смачні та різноманітні сніданки, уважний персонал. Кожного дня прибирання , що дуже порадувало
На мою думку вже час трохи освіжити номери, замінити деякі рушники та халати

Взимку мабуть зручно лижникам бо поруч підйомник
Жахлива парковка (в готелі 30 номерів + котеджи), а парковка максимум на половину місць. Також незрозуміло хто її проектував. Крайні місця з кожної сторони максимум для високого кліренсу, але охорона за цим не слідкує. Мені припаркувати машину з низькою посадкою на крайні місця - це завжди був гемор. Невже складно зробити плавний заїзд на високий бордюр?
Вікна виходили у двір. Під вікнами дизель генератор. Звісно добре, що він в принципі є, але в готелі такого класу не завадив би шумобокс та труба відводу вихлопу. Приїздиш дихати повітрям, а дихаєш періодично дизелем.
Кондиціонерів в номерах немає. Була 4 дні спека 30+ - було важко
Інтернет - окрема історія. Жахливий в номерах. Постійно відвалюється.
На сніданку - поставте окремий бойлер з окропом для тих хто пʼє чай! Це лютий треш стояти за окропом в черзі кавоманів, тільки для того щоб залити окропом заварку.
Ресторан. Обирали готель щоб був свій ресторан і не смикатись нікуди. І підсумку обідали там тільки перши день. Субʼєктивно моя думка, але не смачно.

Охрана встретила, помогли с вещами все как положено
Ресепшен нет между друг другом коммуникации. Хотели переселится , но не предложили удобства чтобы нам подходили. Потом сами изучив отель переехали в номер с наилучшими условиями! Вот что мы искали!
