De los mejores hoteles de esta cadena en el estado de NY donde me he alojado.
El personal muy amable y atento.

Short and sweet...
Pros:

Perfect location. Very clean and comfortable (wish I brought my bathing suit). Staff are extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating.

We would recommend this hotel to travelers.
Pros:

Our stay here was excellent. The rooms were spotless and the staff friendly.

Cons:

Being gluten free, I would like to have seen gluten free products such as bread or muffins or even batter for the waffle maker. They did have options though . . . eggs, turkey sausage, oatmeal and yogurt.

Pros:

The breakfast was amazing. Hot, fresh--large variety. Pastries, waffles,, oatmeal, eggs, meat and a side of potato. toast, a variety of juice choices, coffee, tea, hot chocolate. The early cookies for weary travelers are always appreciated.

Cons:

I got on the elevator after brunch .. Pressed -2- nothing. Continued to press 2, then the phone icon. Nothing. Hence I was banging on the doors yelling "HELP"! The girl from the front desk had been walking to the pool area prior to when I entered the elevator. After banging on the doors a few more times (I had forgotten my cell phone in the Room. ) Suddenly, the elevator doors opened. A gentleman from the front desk was standing there~! My hero. All he had to say I thought I heard some thing~!! The staff deserves medals. Thank you for rescuing me. (smile)

I would book again but most likely bring a mattress topper next time
Pros:

Property was extremely clean
The staff was pleasant
The breakfast was pretty good lots of options
Coffee 24 hours was nice to have
Rooms were spacious and bathroom was exceptionally clean shout out to the cleaning staff

Cons:

The beds were horrible rock solid woke up with hip and neck pain did a lot of tossing and turning I was really disappointed in the beds

Comfortable, but if I have to return at graduation time, I will look for somewhere else.
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is convenient to New Paltz and the highway. Check in was easy.

Cons:

View. Price which was steeply inflated because of New Paltz graduation. Two nights generally cost about $250, but these cost $703! Also, there are only two benches outside for sitting. They were occupied, so I couldn't relax in the nice weather.
