Excellent service
Pros:

The rooms are clean however linens are not changed everyday. Staff was good and the breakfast first day was not good after then everything went well

Cons:

Alguns hóspedes faziam muito barulho, gritavam no corredor tarde da noite e muito cedo. Sugiro que haja algum tipo de sensibilização para trazer consciência aos hóspedes que é preciso ter cuidado com barulho nos corredores. As toalhas de banho eram muito pequenas.

We will be back and we will recommend Nelspruit Lodge to friends and family.
Pros:

We stayed in Nelspruit Lodge because my son played rugby in Nelspruit. It was my 3 kids and I. We stayed in a family room. It was very comfortable and very well located. We will defininately stay there again in the future.

Cons:

The room could have been a little bit bigger for 4 people. The television did not have any programs/stations that interested us and the reception on the TV was very poor. A chair or 2 in the room would also be welcome.
