Cons:

The rooms were advertised as suites with a bedroom, but it was really just one room with a curtain to divide the couch. The pool was also very dirty with garbage and nature.

Great location for an affordable beach vacation
Pros:

The hotel location is ok there are a few restaurants within walking distance but expect 30-45 min waits in the summer. The hotel is not on the beach, but it is just a short walk to the public access area of the beach. However, the access point is sandwiched between to private areas so I would suggest walking a little further down if you need space. The private resort areas fill the spaces with beach chairs, but they are picked up in the evening. Very pet friendly hotel with a dog treat bowl right at the entrance. They have dog waste bags inside as well b/c most of the outdoor waste stations were empty of the bags. Plenty of green spaces around the hotel to walk your dog. Please note, there are no beach areas close by that allow dogs on the beach. Breakfast can be chaotic b/c everything is on one side, and people end up blocking a lot of the food while waiting for waffles or toast. I only had one issue with the hotel, and it was that the front desk never answered the phone when we would call from our room. The front desk button on the room phone always had a busy sound and when pressing 0 it would just ring continuously.
