Pros:

We went there to check in but per receptionist we do not have any bookings at all. I don't understand why there is none but if you want to check here is my booking# and you already charged my card! HUH! 72215764589852

Hot water wouldn’t come out, drain pipes were clogging. Some staff were friendly but some are not.
