breakfast was good, good location
There was no shampoo, just 2 conditioners in the shower; also, our keys kept getting demagnetized. Also, the shower needed to get caulking

It was quiet
The pool was unusable as it was freezing and dirty. The hottub was out of order. I feel like that should be posted on the website when booking as that is one of the main things I look for in a hotel. The room didn't have enough shampoo/body wash and there wasn't a pillow available anywhere in the hotel for the sofa bed. I typically have great luck with Holiday Inns; however, this one was not worth the price we paid.
