Overall good. I was just hoping to be able to relax in the hot tub but it wasn't available
Pros:

Room was nice

Cons:

Pool was super cold and murky. I was disappointed to see the hot tub was out of order since that was one of the big selling points for me booking that particular hotel.

Pros:

Nous avons passé un bon moment dans l'hôtel, après notre vol nous avons apprécié l'accueil du personnel et surtout la qualité de la literie ce qui était l'idéal après notre long voyage. La chambre était propre et le petit déjeuner excellent et complet.

Cons:

Le jacuzzi ne fonctionnait pas et la piscine était froide.

It was close to where we needed and staff was overall friendly.
Pros:

The day we arrived the girl at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. The second day that lady was very helpful as well. I was impressed with how kind they both were along with willing to give us extra washcloths.

Cons:

The breakfast...the pancake machine wasn't working correctly and we, along with some other people, let the staff know but it didn't really still work. The second day my husband dropped a serving spoon and I went to give it to the ladies in the food area...one lady was eating straight off the tray, no gloves on, some of the potatoes. I was fine with her eating the potatoes, but straight from the tray that was then brought out to serve people did not seem very hygienic.

Pros:

Das Hotel konnte mit dem Auto gut erreicht werden und verfügte über genügend kostenlose Parkplätze. Das Zimmer war großzügig angelegt und die Betten waren bequem. Das Frühstück war einfach aber ausreichend.

Cons:

Das Personal war unfreundlich und die vorgegebene Zeit des Check-In wurde nicht eingehalten. So entstanden ungewünschte Wartezeiten. Trotz des im Voraus über Booking.com entrichteten Zimmerpreises für 4 Übernachtungen, wurde beim Check-In eine Kaution für Nebenkosten in Höhe von 170,- € auf der Kreditkarte blockiert. Als ich dann am 2. Tag zwei kleine Snacks aus dem Angebot am Empfang entnahm und darum bat, diese auf das Zimmer zu buchen, wurden ungefragt weitere 170,- € auf der Kreditkarte geblockt. Darauf angesprochen, teilte man mir mit, dass es sich um einen Fehler handelt. Eine Freigabe erfolgte dann ca. eine Woche nach der Abreise.

Reasonably priced hotel in good clean condition in good location for our needs with a friendly staff
Pros:

Friendly helpful staff. Breakfast was the typical for this type of hotel--decent variety of cereals, fruit, yogurt, breads, and pre-made omellets

Cons:

The hotel did not have daily ( or any?) servicing of the room unless you specifically request it.

Pros:

Everything was awesome... super friendly and clean.

Cons:

Hot tub was not working during our visit. As professional athletes, this is an important recovery tool. We were in town for an event. This was one of the main reasons we booked here.

Overall, I enjoy my stay at Holiday Inn Express and Suites as always!
Pros:

I love the location and the price point at the moment. The room is spacious and clean.

Cons:

The only downside is that they put me right next to a group of students traveling together. The group of students were exciting (as they should be). I just wish I was put in a room away from them. But other than that, everything is fine!

Pros:

Clean facility with good a breakfast

Cons:

Pool area looks tiered and needs uplift look. The area needs a wall clock too. Finally the hot tub motor was burnt out and was therefore a bit disappointing. Please look into this.😞
