I probably would not stay here again with kids.
Pros:

It was close to where we needed to be.

Cons:

Directions were very confusing. They did not bring us directly to the property. The pool was closed and looked like it was for some time as something was broken and the water was green. The hot tub was still open but the water was cold. If that was on the web portal I would have not booked at this time. I didn’t realize I had booked two accessible rooms and I asked to get two rooms next to each other instead as that is what Intended when I booked, but they couldn’t change that unfortunately.

Pros:

Hotel was very clean. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean, bed comfortable. Great, safe location. Breakfast was good. Good selection. Tasted good too.

Cons:

The pool and spa weren't open. Probably needed maintenanced. But that wasn't a deal breaker. Things happen.

We came here for a concert and was about a 20 min walk from the stadium. It was convenient and affordable. No complaints

Overall good. I was just hoping to be able to relax in the hot tub but it wasn't available

Pool was super cold and murky. I was disappointed to see the hot tub was out of order since that was one of the big selling points for me booking that particular hotel.

Pros:

Nous avons passé un bon moment dans l'hôtel, après notre vol nous avons apprécié l'accueil du personnel et surtout la qualité de la literie ce qui était l'idéal après notre long voyage. La chambre était propre et le petit déjeuner excellent et complet.

Cons:

Le jacuzzi ne fonctionnait pas et la piscine était froide.

It was close to where we needed and staff was overall friendly.
Pros:

The day we arrived the girl at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. The second day that lady was very helpful as well. I was impressed with how kind they both were along with willing to give us extra washcloths.

Cons:

The breakfast...the pancake machine wasn't working correctly and we, along with some other people, let the staff know but it didn't really still work. The second day my husband dropped a serving spoon and I went to give it to the ladies in the food area...one lady was eating straight off the tray, no gloves on, some of the potatoes. I was fine with her eating the potatoes, but straight from the tray that was then brought out to serve people did not seem very hygienic.

Gute Lage zwischen Denver und Boulder
Pros:

Das Hotel konnte mit dem Auto gut erreicht werden und verfügte über genügend kostenlose Parkplätze. Das Zimmer war großzügig angelegt und die Betten waren bequem. Das Frühstück war einfach aber ausreichend.

Cons:

Das Personal war unfreundlich und die vorgegebene Zeit des Check-In wurde nicht eingehalten. So entstanden ungewünschte Wartezeiten. Trotz des im Voraus über Booking.com entrichteten Zimmerpreises für 4 Übernachtungen, wurde beim Check-In eine Kaution für Nebenkosten in Höhe von 170,- € auf der Kreditkarte blockiert. Als ich dann am 2. Tag zwei kleine Snacks aus dem Angebot am Empfang entnahm und darum bat, diese auf das Zimmer zu buchen, wurden ungefragt weitere 170,- € auf der Kreditkarte geblockt. Darauf angesprochen, teilte man mir mit, dass es sich um einen Fehler handelt. Eine Freigabe erfolgte dann ca. eine Woche nach der Abreise.
