Cons:

1. Кондиционер каждые 20–30 минут издаёт заметный шум, который серьёзно мешает отдыху. В итоге, чтобы нормально спать, мне пришлось выключить кондиционер.
2. Горячую воду в душе невозможно нормально отрегулировать. Я около 15 минут пытался это сделать, но вода всё равно оставалась прохладной, из-за чего нормально принять душ невозможно. При этом из крана у раковины горячая вода идёт нормально. Это означает, что горячая вода в отеле есть, а проблема, скорее всего, именно в оборудовании душа.
3. Состояние чистоты в номере очень плохое. На ковре повсюду виден мусор, и очевидно, что номер не был тщательно убран.
4. Даже шариковая ручка, предоставленная в номере, оказалась сломанной и ей невозможно пользоваться. Хотя это мелочь, подобные детали показывают, что отель недостаточно внимательно относится к проверке и подготовке номеров.

I’m not sure why I had to pay 18,730 and then again some amount before checking out. They said they will return this amount but still nothing is returned.
