Nice if you like industrial style, but not functional for visitors
Pros:

Rooftop bar is lovely & warm on a cold evening

Cons:

Rooms cold & dull. No hooks in bathroom & no door on shower so the water sprays out all over floor. Had to put my clean clothes on toilet seat. No lights over tea/coffee machines in room. I booked & paid for 2 dbl beds & they gave us singles. Plus they charged me twice, but duty manager was helpful & refunded the amount

Great value for money and good for a city stay if you're heading out for dinner etc.
Pros:

Great location and the overall aesthetic was great. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Unfortunately we were on the third floor and could hear the base from the music (assuming the qt bar). I don't recall it going until late though and I'd had a few drinks so managed to block it out and go to sleep. If you're wanting a peaceful early night then perhaps ask for a room higher up in the hotel.

I think some sort of fan needs to be put in the bathroom too. It steamed up easily so it was challenging to do my makeup before dinner.

Pillows, had two long pillows but both were too high/firm making sleep difficult. Would've been good to have two different types of firmness to accommodate various guests

I’ve been here several times. The best hotel I have ever stayed in!
Pros:

Russell the welcoming dog. The playlist in the lift. The lovely scent through the hotel (I bought some). The over and beyond friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. So sorry I had to miss the Japanese restaurant. The VIBE of QT is fabulous.

Cons:

The velvet covered coat hangers. Clothes don’t slide nicely over that material. It wouldn’t keep me from coming back.
