As a world traveller my expectations are high to begin with. This was my top 5 worldwide. In room service and breakfast in the morning was great.

The toilet paper was single sheet. May sound more economical, however these small details matter.

Location was great. Staff were welcoming.

Cons:

No heating when we walked into the room so it felt cold and not cosy and welcoming. We ordered room service for breakfast on Saturday morning, and Sunday morning the box was still sitting in the room.

Flawless
Pros:

Easy check in, valet parking, in room service, breakfast service, in room snacks, safe, proximity to our evening Alex Warren concert experience.

Cons:

I wish there was 3 ply toilet paper. This is the only thing I could think of to improve. Having said this I love the app and the ability to request any extras such as the above, to make our stay more comfortable.
