not as good as previous experience
Pros:

love the decor and the smell of the hotel,

Cons:

when booking it took ages to get someone to reply to my questions, i ended up having to call the hotel directly
We got a 2nd floor room and i feel like i was overcharged
the movies were ordinary that were available
no kettle or microwave
the room wasnt ready on arrival - fair still wasnt ready at 4.20pm!
Got a voucher to go upstairs to have a drink...was very cold, daughter 15 was uncomfortable
we stayed two nights, on the second day we came back to the room after being out at around 3 pm, the room was not serviced
