夜遅くコンビニで買い物したのですが、箸が入っておらず、困ったのですが、ホテルにお箸があり、助かりました。
夕食は外でしたのですが、早朝に出かけるため、朝食を部屋で食べるのにテーブルが欲しかったです。
フロントスタッフの対応。
立地が良い（駅・国道からのアクセス）。
洗面、浴室が綺麗に清掃されている。
2室とったが隣り部屋を確保してくれた。
湊川神社が近い。
提携駐車場が地下にある為天気を気にせず使えた。
室内や設備品はよく清掃されていると思うが、カーペット床掃除が足りないように思えた。
全体的に室内配色が暗い。
ブッキングコムのサイトで予約した際の部屋より狭かった（思い違いかもしれませんが）。
提携駐車場内にエレベーターがなく階段の昇降が不便だった為、ホテル際に車寄せスペースがあると良い。
フロントが2階にある為、1階入り口が閉鎖的で不安になった。

スタッフが丁寧に対応してくださったところです。チェツクアウトが11時なのも余裕あっていいです。
トイレの一部が欠けていたのだけほんの少し気になりました。
スタッフの対応が親切だったのと、ファミマがとても近く便利だった。
提携駐車場は割引でお得に止められたが、少し遠かった。
フロントや廊下で出会うスタッフの皆さんのご対応がとても良かったです。また、部屋に化粧落としや化粧水、乳液が全て揃っていることやアイスや紅茶のサービスも充実していました。神戸に行く際にはまた泊まりたいです！
618に滞在した者ですが部屋の排水がかなり悪かったので点検したほうがいいかもしれません（もしかしたら排水管が詰まっているかもしれません）
