位置的にはとても便利だけど・・・

部屋は広くて快適でした

かなり古い施設で廊下の床が余り綺麗ではなかった

とても良かったです！
Pros:

2度目の利用です。
前回当日の宿泊予約だったのですが、フロントスタッフの方の親切な対応で救われました^_^お部屋も清潔にされており、安心して滞在出来ました。朝のビュッフェも小鉢スタイルで少しずつ色々楽しめるし、美味しかったです^_^
全体的に過剰すぎず、足りなさすぎず、とても快適です。神戸駅前という立地も良い点です。

Cons:

時にありませんが、しいていうなら廊下のエアコンが強めでしたかね。

Pros:

Lovely hotel, family room upgrade was amazing, would stay again in a heartbeat, and recommend

The step up into the bathroom was hard on old knees and no light switch in living room only control in bedroom
