A wonderful stay with great comfort, cleanliness, and friendly service. I really enjoyed my stay.

Pros:

Location and price. I stayed two years in a row. A real hidden gem very close to Asok and Phom Phrong BTS lines. And Sukhumvit MRT.

Cons:

Not that I didn't like, but a suggestion. Have a more uniform cleaning time for the rooms. It.might ve at 10 or 11, then 4 pm, then 2 pm. Some days, you just need to relax. I stayed three extra days easily.

well decorated and nice location.

Cons:

A lot of "no": no car park, no swimming pool, no fitness room, no breakfast and no hot water on the bathroom during my stay.
