The food is bad it’s cold and the same food everyday not much fruit just apples oranges melon peaches ( rock hard ) and it’s definitely not English beans for breakfast hand sanitizer outside restaurant didnt work, hotel is clean and the entertainment was ok papel made it work , violinist was depressing no karaoke , efes beer not nice cocktails 14€ each I will not come back hear again

Nice hotel but not really all inclusive
Pros:

The biggest positive is the location. The hotel is surrounded by plenty of shops, restaurants, and a shopping centre, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The hotel itself was also very clean throughout our stay, and the housekeeping staff did a great job. There are three nice swimming pools, and we never had any trouble finding sun loungers, which was a big plus.

However, there were some disappointing aspects. The all-inclusive food buffet was quite small and offered very little variety, with many of the same dishes being served every day. The all-inclusive drinks selection was also limited to vodka, raki, beer, and wine, and unfortunately none of them tasted particularly good. Cocktails were not included and had to be paid for separately.

The rooms were another downside. They were very small, and there was barely enough space to open a large suitcase. Storage was limited, making it difficult to unpack and organise clothes properly. The hotel itself is also quite small, so if you’re looking for a large resort with lots of facilities and entertainment, this may not be the best choice.

Overall, this hotel is a good option if location, cleanliness, and pool facilities are your priorities. However, the limited food and drink options, small rooms, and compact size of the hotel may leave some guests wanting more.

Laughable
Pros:

The only thing we could say about our holiday was the fact the weather was great!

Highly disappointed with our stay at this hotel.

Complete false advertising!

All inclusive was a joke.

Minimal buffet selection to say the very least.

Childrens food just as poor.

Drinks selection on all inclusive only had two wines, one beer, vodka or raki! That was literally it!

Cocktails at 14 euros a pop.

Room small.

Double bed had one sheet and one blanket.

Two hair drying towels in room.

Entertainment shocking.

Highly advise anyone looking at this hotel to give it a swerve.

Disgusting Food
Pros:

Food was disgusting same thing lunch and dinner. People like me who can't eat veg,salads and fruit there was nothing plain to eat only chips which were OK sometimes hard other times I am not a fussy eater just can't eat said things for medical reasons. I have been to Turkey loads of times over the past 20yrs and I can honestly say this was the worst experience Food wise I have ever had

Again the holiday in your hotel was fantastic.This time I stayed there with my girlfriend,it was her first time and she was super happy.We didn't want to go home at all,we were taken care of by all the servers.Thank you very much Didem,Nesibe,Baris,Kaan,Davut etc
The whole entertainment team was very good,we had fun and I was able to play table tennis with Papel and Osmano.
The hotel rooms were clean,the food was very good.
For a change,we also recommend visiting the Kiraz bar,which has very good service,food and a cozy atmosphere
We will definitely come back

Mooi schoon hotel met super vriendelijk personeel
Pros:

Schoon mooi hotel. Zeer vriendelijk personeel bij zowel receptie, bar en diner! Lekker eten iedere dag en mooi en schoon zwembad. Elke middag waterpolo gespeeld en leuke genoeg bedjes voor de gasten.

Het bed lag niet heel comfortabel en de douche laag voor lange mensen

Fantastic holiday.
Pros:

Stayed here for 10 night, lovely hotel, clean hotel, good entertainment & the team were helpful and nice. Papel from the entertainment team was hilarious, never went passed without having a conversation with us! The food however was the let down, I am a fussy eater, however could only eat a couple of nights as it was mostly casseroles. Had a Turkish bath and massage on my first day which was amazing! Highly recommend this.
