Приятный персонал ( ресторан ,бар , аниматоры ) весь персонал очень отзывчивый и внимательный , от них остались только абсолютно позитивные воспоминания. Уборка в номере негативная , опять же не в человеческом плане пожилая женщина которая убиралась , очень приятная и была симпатична нам . НО … уборка просто никакая, фактически она не умеет убирать в комнате, просто разливала воду которая пахла хлоркой по всему номеру , в течение несколько просто болото , и ещё звала чтобы покати спросить нравится нам или нет , учитывая её возраст просто мы не захотели её огорчать … ДАЛЬШЕ !! ОТЕЛЬ ДОЛЖЕН УБРАТЬ ИНФОРМАЦИЮ “ ALL INCLUSIVE PLUS “ это даже не ALL INCLUSIVE ,это очень слабая троечка я путешествую ( по работе , и по отдыху ) по всей Европе , и никогда нигде не видел чтобы даже в 3 звездночном отеле просили оплату за ИНТЕРНЕТ , также у меня в начале запросили 2,€ в ДЕНЬ !!! ЗА КЛЮЧ ОТ СЕЙФА ( после того что я попросил чтобы они мне показали где в бронировании указана оплата за ключ от сейфа , и нигде не нашли такую информацию , преподнесли как подарок и дали ключ бесплатно …. )

ЧТО в этом отеле в ALL INCLUSIVE PLUS включено :

Пиво низкого качества и три коктейля , полностью разочарованы кухней , мороженое выдавали РАЗ В ДЕНЬ в течении часа !!! образовывали длинные очереди, где нужно было СТОЯТЬ минут.

Nice hotel

I want to thank the Big Blue Suite Hotel Team for making our vacation memorable. We are a family with teenagers and stayed for 7 nights. Keep in mind, this is a 4-star hotel—small but cozy, with very welcoming staff.

The food was delicious and diverse. There were pool activities, an evening disco, and music.
We were on the 1st floor, next to the terrace, so evenings can be loud. But after 23:00, it is ok.

Manager Ismail was very helpful during check-in and excels at his role. All staff, from the bars to the reception, were helpful.

Rendkívül kedves volt személyzet. Folyamatosan tisztán tartották a közös helyiségeket is.
Bőséges étel választék volt. Finom és változatos ételek voltak.
Közel volt egy bevásárlóközpont, kb 3 percre.
Illetve kb 10 perc sétára a szuveníres üzletek, bárok, éttermek.
Tenger is kb 10 percre.

Dirty room, no tissue most times, cleaners will cheat and not clean properly, no detergents for toilet, poor communication. Throughout the stay ni proper Turkish food at all

Het beviel mij totaat niet. Voor 12 dagen best veel betaald, als je naar de video’s kijkt, is het zodanig bewerkt en mooi gemaakt, terwijl het in de werkelijkheid zeker tegenvalt.

Cons:

Eten was slecht. Je voelt de vering van de matrassen en hierdoor niet goede nachtrust kunnen nemen. Kamers, bedden en badkamer waren erg oud.
Zwembaden waren klein. Strand was op lange afstand. Al op al een slechte ervaring. Toen we aankwamen wou ik het al gelijk annuleren, maar ze gaven aan dat dat niet mogelijk was. Voor wifi hebben wij per apparaat 2 euro per dag moeten betalen. Omdat wij voor 12 dagen waren gegaan, was de kluis in ons kamer en strandstoel gratis :), anders moet je daarvoor ook nog is betalen. Ik zou het zeker niet adviseren en voor ons als gezin was dit zeker een tegenvaller en zeker niet voor herhaling vatbaar.

Outstanding Service – They Went Above and Beyond

We had a wonderful experience at Club Big Blue Suite Hotel and would absolutely recommend this hotel!

The staff were always very friendly, welcoming and helpful during our stay, but what impressed us the most was the incredible service we received after we had already returned home to Norway.

Unfortunately, we accidentally left one of our suitcases behind at the hotel. From the moment we contacted them, the staff were incredibly kind, patient and helpful. They kept our suitcase safe for us, stayed in contact with us throughout the whole process, and helped us find a solution to get it back.

When a friend of ours travelled to Turkey and stayed at another hotel, the staff at Club Big Blue went above and beyond and arranged for our suitcase to be delivered safely to his hotel. They even contacted him directly and made sure the suitcase was handed over safely to the reception. This was far more than we expected, and we are so incredibly grateful for the time and effort they put into helping us.

It is easy to provide good service while guests are staying at a hotel, but the way they continued to help us even after our holiday was over really shows how much they care about their guests.

Thank you so much to everyone at Club Big Blue Suite Hotel for your kindness, honesty and outstanding service. You turned a stressful situation into such a positive experience for us.

We will definitely remember this, and if we return to Alanya, we would be very happy to stay with you again!

Excellent first experience in Turkey

Big Blue hotel was amazing the staff were unbelievable Hasan the bell boy was very helpful my only downfall is when the restaurant is full and u need to eat at the tables by the pools that people are smoking while u are eating which me and the family found quite disgusting
