Awesome Hotel in the Best Location
Pros:

This was my 2nd stay here and I loved it as much as my first visit. Super comfortable rooms, clean, cool and nicely furnished with a recently renovated bathroom. Cute balcony overlooking the pool and gardens. Awesome location on Jalan Bisma and exceptional breakfast options. Pleasant and attentive staff.

Cons:

It's slightly overpriced but I've just booked again 😆

Great location
Pros:

This place was in a perfect spot right in the heart of Ubud, near everything you could need. The pool was nice, aircon worked well, great service, and having breakfast included at the cafe next door was a bonus. Also got our laundry done through reception which was convenient.

Cons:

Had a few issues with our shower not working and had to change rooms, but the staff were helpful.

Good value for money at a lovely hotel which ticks most of the boxes
Pros:

The room was relatively new and had an excellent bathroom with plenty of hot water with good pressure, both in the wash basin and shower. The bed was reasonably comfortable and there was a very nice balcony where we often sat. Access to the room was good as the steps were smaller than usual for Bali and there was a balustrade to assist which, for me, being mobility challenged, was a big plus. The pool was clean and very refreshing, and was surrounded with beautiful gardens and statues. The breakfast, provided by a nearby restaurant, was tasty and adequate. The location of this hotel is fantastic as it is surrounded by good restaurants, a disco, has a laundry nearby and a money changer directly opposite. The staff, particularly the room attendants, were extremely friendly and very helpful, as were the porters and the staff generally. Additionally, opposite our room, was the entrance to a massage facility set in a very relaxing garden. Highly recommended.

Cons:

The entrance walkway to the hotel is quite steep and was very challenging for me. Hand railings are recommended, both there and also at the stairs to the lower level on the left side of the building. The reception is located up a number of stairs which I found impossible to navigate. During our stay the water was turned off twice without our being warned about it. However the reception staff claimed they tried to contact us by telephone but we were not in the room at the time. The chairs on the balcony in room 116 were straight backed, hard and very uncomfortable, unlike the chairs in other rooms. It is recommended they be replaced with more comfortable chairs. The internet was very patchy which resulted in very poor TV reception. In fact we didn’t even bother turning it on. This was not the case during previous visits when the TV, particularly Netflix, was quite good.

Boa localização e excelente custo benefício
Pros:

O ambiente do hotel é muito bonito, bem típico de Ubud. Arquitetura típica balinesa. A piscina é pequena mas é adequada se o plano não é ficar muito no hotel. O quarto era bastante completo, com amenidades. A staff super solícita e simpática, acho que foi a melhor parte da viagem! O café da manhã também foi delicioso. A localização é excelente, a um quarteirão a pé da avenida principal e fácil acesso ao centro de compras, cafés, lojas...

Cons:

Achei o quarto muito devassado com a porta de correr de vidro. Apenas uma cortina separava meu quarto de se tornar um big brother para os demais hóspedes. A noite, eu já estava deitada quando comecei a ouvir barulhos estranhos de algo no andar de cima arranhando o chão. A decoração do quarto me pareceu genérica e barata, com roupa de cama meio gasta e o colchão rangia um pouco. Achei destoante com a decoração externa, que era bem típica e realmente impressionava. Falta pontos de energia no quarto.

Pros:

Località centralissima, staff eccezionale, location molto pulita e bella, consiglio la camera con balconcino vista piscina. Letto enorme e comodissimo e colazione molto valida.

Cons:

Il phon non asciugaca bene, sarebbero state gradite più tovaglie ma basta chiedere e te le portano subito

Recommande malgré notre problème

L’emplacement la piscine, le petit déjeuner

Cons:

On a eu un problème dans notre chambre équipée d’une douche et d’une baignoire malheureusement la douche ne fonctionnait pas, et la baignoire on avait qu’un filet d’eau . donc forcément on a été voir la réception qui devait résoudre le problème. Malheureusement ça a duré trois jours et rien ne changé.

El alojamiento tiene puntos positivos: es bonito, está bien situado y la habitación era amplia.

Cons:

Desde el primer día, la presión del agua en la ducha era tan baja que resultaba imposible ducharse. Lo comunicamos al alojamiento desde el inicio y la respuesta fue que lo estaban arreglando, pero el problema no se solucionó durante toda la estancia (3 noches). Además, el último día dejó de funcionar también la cadena del WC, lo que empeoró aún más la situación.

Pedimos cambio de habitación, pero no nos lo ofrecieron. Para un alojamiento con este precio y esta categoría, no es aceptable tener problemas tan básicos en la habitación.

Además, la conexión WiFi en nuestra habitación era muy lenta y no permitía navegar con normalidad.

A esto se suma que el desayuno no es buffet en el propio hotel, sino en un bar de al lado. Para los huéspedes existe una carta distinta, mucho más limitada, en la que solo se permite elegir 1 café o 1 zumo y un plato principal muy escaso, que además no corresponde a la carta general del local.
