Good location with friendly helpful staff.
Meal in the bar was lovely. Given a larger room than the one booked, so plenty of space and also allowed to check in early. Only stayed one night but everything very accessible so quickly felt settled.
Room noisy due to being next to a main busy road with only single glazing, they do however provide earplugs.

La situation très proche de la gare et du centre ville, le petit déjeuner, la consigne à bagages, la gentillesse du personnel, la literie confortable, des fenêtres de qualité ( rares à Londres !), ventilateur dans la chambre.
La salle de bain un peu vieille avec rideau de douche. Chambre un peu petite. Lors d'un précédent séjour, nous avions eu une chambre plus grande avec wc séparé et douche plus moderne. Cela dépend peut-être des étages ?

Goede ligging. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Heerlijke shampoo en zeep.
Ondanks de ventilator bleef het heel warm op de kamer. Het bad zou beter vervangen worden door een douche.

Excellent location. Beautifully maintained public areas. Excellent, well-organized breakfast. Attentive and well-trained staff. Comfortable lobby and bar. Fast elevators. Excellent housekeeping. Comfortable bed.
Room was very warm (despite fan provided) and lacked shelf space for clothing. Shower in bathtub (but with sufficient handholds).
