Great hotel in nice location
Pros:

The breakfast was really great. The bed was really comfortable. The room was ok for 3 people.

Cons:

It was May but it was cold outside and the heating was not working. The fixed, but there was not control of the heating system so the room was too hot.

Great Location
Pros:

The art deco theme in front of house is lovely. The staff are friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. Convenient location near 2 tube stations. Area felt safe as a lone female.

Cons:

The bedroom wasn't anything special. Room overlooked the main road and garden, so was noisy all through the night, hence the complementary earplugs. Overpriced for a 3 star hotel with bedroom that needs redecorating. The bedroom curtains were rubbish as they were thin and didn't close properly. Bedroom lights were far too bright.

Si volvemos a Londres repetiremos en este hotel
Pros:

La ubicacion excelente, el personal muy amable y las habitaciones limpias y con todo lo necesario para estar un par de dias en Londres.
La cafeteria esta bien para tomar cafe o una copa y el desayuno bastante completo.

Cons:

Lo malo de la habitacion que os toco es que daba a la calle y se escuchaba el trafico aunque no nos molesto para descansar.
Lo que mas nos molesto fue el tema de la limpieza por la mañana, la limpiadora justo dejaba el carro de limpieza junto a nuestra puerta y nos despertabamos con todo el trajin de la limpieza.

Great location, easy to start from to any direction within London and beyond.

Cons:

No WiFi/ Netflix! Reported but never fixed.
We were in luck the weather was just splendid and we didn‘t need much TV etc
