الموقع جيد وقريب من كل الخدمات
الفندق نظيف والاثاث جديد
الموظفين بشكل عام جيدين وخصوصا موظفين المطعم خلال الافطار
حصل معي موقف عند تسجيل الدخول وهو اني حجزت 3 غرف لعدد 7 اشخاص وطلبت سرير اضافي وعند الوصل ابلغني الموظف ان الحجز لشخص واحد فقط للغرفة ولابد ان ادفع لكل شخص اضافي وعند التاكد من الحجز تبين ان كلامه صحيح ودفعت 16 الف ليرة اضافية للاشخاص بكل رحابة صدر لان الخطأ كان مني وليس من الفندق
ولكن عندي العديد من الملاحظات بطريقة ادارة الفندق وسياساته
لايوجد ادوات عناية شخصية ولا محارم وعندما سالنا الاستقبال قالوا اننا يجب ان نطلبها عند الحاجة ولا يتم توفيرها الا بالطلب وان هذه سياسة الفندق!!
في اليوم الثاني لم يتم تنظيف الغرفة و عندما سألنا الاستقبال قالوا ان الموظفة ارادت التنظيف الساعة 11 ولكننا كنا بالغرفة فقلت لهم ان الساعة 11 لايعتبر وقت متاخر للتنظيف فقال ان بعد الساعة 2 لابد ان انزل بنفسي للاستقبال واطلب تنظيف الغرفة وان هذه سياسة الفندق ايضا!!! علما باني خرجت من الغرفة الساعة 1
التكييف ليس بالمستوى المطلوب واقصى درجة 22.5
لايوجد موظفين للمساعدة بتوصيل الحقائب من السيارة للغرف والعكس

Расположение отеля отличное ! Персонал очень приветливый . Выбирала отель поближе к Анатолийскому университету. Реально пешком расположен в 5 -7 минутах. Рядом рестораны , кафе, торговый центр . Очень уютно и чисто 👍
Overall stay was very good, but Breakfast option could be improved, and coffee machine was not functioning for three days

Room, Location, breakfast
Air Conditioner, hotel should allow customer to adjust temperature of room as they feel comfortable. In the morning temp use to reach 27 degrees which was very uncomfortable, and hotel asked us to open window which is not good advice. Across globe all hotels allows guests to adjust room temperatures.
Staff friendly and helpful. The location is good if you are not driving. Plenty of options for food nearby.

Location seemed ok and property was relatively well maintained.
Unhappy with the room and service, called me Mrs rather than Mr, specified a no-smoking room but my room smelt of cigarettes, also had a badly insulated doorway linking to a different customers room who smoked non-stop, reception told me "Sorry were full, bye" when I requested another room.
