Fully recommend!
Pros:

Ruby and Ryan were great hosts! They took great care of us during our stay. The breakfast was delicious and very diverse. The hotel is comfortable and super central.

Comfortable stay in a good location
Pros:

Overall enjoyed the stay. Good quiet location down an alley off a main street and easy walking distance to the river. Very friendly and helpful staff. Decent breakfast. Room was comfy.

現地の多くの友人と出会えた有意義な滞在。それを支えてくれたホテルのスタッフに感謝！！
Pros:

レストラン、コーヒーショップ、早朝ウォーキングで利用した（フン）川沿いの遊歩道から近いなどロケーションは抜群です。
　スタッフは親切で夕食の場所やタクシーの手配などを手伝ってもらい助かった。
　設備に古さを感じるところはあるものの使いにくいわけではなく、メイン道路から奥まったところにあるため、静かに過ごせた。

Cons:

１階の朝食会場（兼）ロビーについて、蚊の侵入を完全に防いでもらえれば、更によかった。
　自らは問題がなかったと思うが、シャワーの水圧が低め（湯水の勢いが弱め）で、湯温の調節を微妙に調整しないと高温の湯が出ることに留意

An elegant and exceptionally well-run boutique hotel
Pros:

An elegant little place, tucked just off a bigger street, close to “everything” without being noisy. Knowledgeable and genuinely caring staff (no one has worried quite so much about me having breakfast since my grandmother). Perfectly clean facilities, fluffy towels, fruit bowl replenished daily. What they call a hidden gem.

Un hôtel cosy où on se sent bien. Le petit déjeuner est assez varié, club sandwich appréciés. J’ai particulièrement aimé la salle de bain et la qualité du matelas. Personnel au petit soi.

The staff were attentive and so very helpful. The tours booked through the hotel were amazing. Breakfast was fine. Very well positioned with s sort walk to resturants and the river. Set back off the road so it was quiet as well.

Wonderful stay in Hue
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay at The Scarlett Boutique Hotel. We are holidaying in Vietnam to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. Linda and David, Ruby and Ryan, and staff made our stay really special. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The breakfast was amazing with continental breakfast and made to order items. We would definitely come back again to Hue and stay at The Scarlett Boutique Hotel.
