Pros:

I love this hotel, very well located, convenient for business stays, comfortable, clean, friendly staff.

Cons:

The lifts are just super slow. I am not sure what can be done but def. an issue.

Séjour agréable dans cet hôtel moderne et gai
Pros:

Établissement très moderne et propre, avec un lobby et un espace de vie (plusieurs salons lumineux et bien décorés). Personnel très serviable et sympathique, prêt à toujours rendre service. Le service est assuré 24h sur 24. Emplacement parfait à Shorditch à proximité de la rue la plus agréable avec de jolies boutiques.

Cons:

Lorsqu’on arrive, on est un peu dérouté par les équipements très modernes. Toutes les actions se font par une tablette. Mais on s’y habitue vite.

It’s convenient and familiar but it’s getting tired.
Pros:

Citizen M comes with its brand image of contemporary and modern

Cons:

No tea in the room. My night cap is tea and my morning begins with a nice cup of tea. So it’s failed me in both accounts.

Great staff, service and location
Pros:

The hotel was well located. The rooms were clean and breakfast was good, with lots of choices. I liked the seating area in the lobby. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Cons:

I don't love the room space. I get that this is the concept, but it feels very constrained. I also had some challenges in bringing the room temperature up, and it could have been a bit warmer
