Very disappointing
Pros:

The location was ok.

Cons:

I can only describe it as tired and well worn. It wasn’t very clean and the towels had a really stale smell. The cleaning staff were rude when we were trying to get into a lift. There was room for the 2 of us but they told us to wait for the next one. I always thought that the guests came first but not here. We’ve stayed at the CitizenM at Southwark before and apart from the location it was much nicer.

In a great area and the atmosphere was great. Beds were comfortable and large. Loved the blackout curtains and night light features.

Cons:

Half of the light switches didn’t work in the room. The only way to use the restroom at night was to turn on the entire rooms lights - with the IPad. Not ideal when you are trying not to disturb your partner.
Bathroom smelled like sewage the entirety of our stay. We stayed in an accessible room and the shower tiles had stained grout.
