Pros:

The property has contemporary country design. I liked the interior, it felt alive. The location is okay (15min walk to Marienplatz). The bed was comfortable and bathroom was spacious.

Cons:

The room was small and the bed was short. There was a smell coming out of the bathroom and on the ground floor, especially during bad weather. The room could have been cleaner.
