Friendly and Professional
Pros:

It is a hotel with excellent facilities and a great location. But the best part of all is the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. During our stay (we were a group of nine), Ruby, Hanna, Tho, and Sarah took excellent care of us. They helped us with everything we needed—both at the hotel and during our visit to Hue—always with a big smile. I would certainly stay at this hotel again.

La mejor relación calidad-precio que hemos visto en Vietnam. Es un hotelazo.
Normalmente me explayo más en los comentarios pero es que simplemente es un 10. Típico hotel-hotel. No tiene las características más "cercanas" que nos encontramos en otros homestay de Vietnam, pero como alojamiento cumple con un perfecto sobresaliente.
Baño, colchón, temperatura, todo perfecto.

Perfect stay in Hue
Pros:

Quiet place, probably best sleep we had in Vietnam, clean, well maintained, in a great location and close to everything. Wonderful, friendly and helpful staff especially the lady that served us breakfast every morning. Good breakfast.

Unglaublich freundliches Personal und professionell geführtes Hotel
Pros:

Sehr professionell geführtes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal. Die Zimmer waren gut ausgestattet. Da wir erst früh am Morgen mit dem Nachtbus ankamen, baten wir um späten Check-In und späten Check-Out was beides sofort genehmigt wurde. Zusätzlich zum späteren Check-Out (dieser wurde uns nicht berechnet) konnten wir noch ein Zimmer gegen Aufpreis bis Abends behalten. Das Hotelpersonal hat uns beim Tragen des Gepäcks zum Auto geholfen.

5 Sterne Service an Freundlichkeit, Sauberkeit und Komfort
Pros:

Schon beim betreten des Hotels hatte ich so ein gutes Gefühl, weil die beiden Damen an der Rezeption so freundlich, professionell und hilfsbereit sind, wie ich es hauptsächlich nur aus sehr teuren Hotels kenne. Auch alle Details im Zimmer sind so durchdacht und die Informationen sind extrem hilfreich. Auch der Service wie Wäsche, Ausflüge und Transport sind besonders hervor zu heben.
Mein Zimmer ist im 6. stock und sehr ruhig und vor allem blitzblank sauber. Alles fussläufig erreichbar.
Riesiges Lob an alle die hier arbeiten (und im besonderen an Ruby, Hanna, Tho and Sarah) um den Aufenthalt zu einem rundum gelungenen Erlebnis zu machen.

Très bon hôtel dans sa catégorie (3 étoiles). Qq jours avant notre arrivée le personnel a pris contact avec moi pour organiser notre séjour et m'a proposé diverses options, c'était parfait. Le PDJ est à la carte mais vous pouvez choisir tout ce que vous voulez et on vous re-demande si vous souhaitez encore qqchose. Le jour du départ, une hôtesse d'accueil nous a accompagnés jusqu'à notre navette. Personnel très professionnel !
