I enjoy staying here when on ground floor level Reception staff are lovely.
Pros:

Everything was great as always.

Cons:

With a medical condition, I didn’t like having to haul my luggage up all those stairs to the top floor.

Overall, not happy
Cons:

I experienced many small but strange things, making me not trust this hotel. It was an affordable place, however a lot was not advertised (like the rusty bathrooms, or the broken lights). I would score this place a tiny bit higher if I didn’t have those small weird things happen to me (the door to my room was wide open on arrival, the host walked into my room a few times, the quiet hours were strict yet the walls were paper thin, and a few more)

Overall cleanliness could be improved, but the staff were very responsive and helpful in addressing guests’ concerns.
Pros:

The price was reasonable. When I raised my concerns, the staff responded promptly and had a helpful and professional attitude towards resolving the issue.

Cons:

However, the overall cleanliness still needs improvement, especially the bedding and the general hygiene of the room.

Cons:

There was toilet paper under the bed that i had to ask to be removed. I booked and paid for two rooms and they took an extra 200 dollar security bond and ive only recieved it back today three weeks later. We wont be staying here again.

I was very disappointed with my experience at this property.

When I arrived, the apartment was not clean. The floors were dirty, and the overall presentation of the room was not up to the standard I would expect from paid accommodation.

My biggest concern, however, was that I was unable to deadlock or properly secure the room from the inside. As a woman travelling alone, feeling safe in my accommodation is extremely important. I raised this concern with reception and explained that I was uncomfortable staying in a room that I could not securely lock from the inside.

Unfortunately, the hostess was rude, dismissive and quite hostile in her response. Rather than addressing my concerns, I was told that I simply needed to trust her and that nobody else had a key to the room. That did not provide the reassurance I was looking for.

The situation became so uncomfortable that the hostess contacted the owner, who agreed to provide a refund and suggested I find alternative accommodation where I would feel safe.

While I appreciate that the refund was provided, I was disappointed by the cleanliness of the property and, more importantly, the way my concerns about personal safety were handled. Travellers, especially those staying alone, should be treated with understanding and respect when raising legitimate safety concerns.
