Everything was nice for the price

Cons:

My car was towed at 6:35am in the morning as the slip lane is a tow away area 6:30am-9:30am, i wish I had known i could park across the road with no trouble. I should've read the signs properly, $361 just to get my car from the impound in Collingwood.

Pros:

The facilities provided were good and decent.

Cons:

Daily cleaning was not included in the hotel program!
After two days, we needed changing the bed sheets and vaccum cleaning due to a mal odorous smell. They told me that I have to pay for that. I paid 30$ to get rid of the smell!

Pros:

Size of the room is great and parking available under the building. Easy access to Richmond via trams

Cons:

Desk only open until 2pm on Saturday so took a bit of pre-planning to organise parking and bond payment

Pros:

Made it easy for me to check im as it was a last minute stay not planned and was 9pm when I made this booking

Excellent Place To Stay
Pros:

Really good bed and great shower. Friendly staff and the hotel always smelled amazing.

Cons:

How close the bed is to the shower door. As well as needing to walk up stairs to get to our room, an elevator is much needed when you have heavy luggage.
