Très mauvaise expérience dans cet hôtel. J’ai été piquée par des puces de lit, la deuxième soirée j’ai commencé à avoir des démangeaisons mais je ne me suis pas inquiétée, la troisième nuit, cela avait augmenté, j’avais plein de petits boutons rouges sur le corps, je suis passée immédiatement à la pharmacie, on m’a dit qu’il s’agissait de marques d’insectes. J’ai demandé un changement de chambre, ce qui a été fait. Mais jamais l’hôtel n’a voulu reconnaître sa responsabilité, me forçant à consulter un médecin pour obtenir la reconnaissance des faits, ce qui n’est pas facile pour une étrangère, ce que j’ai fait malgré tout, à mes frais, mais même avec un certificat médical en bonne et due forme, ils ont refusé le moindre geste de réparation, prétextant une future inspection, contrairement à leur premier discours, et refusé de considérer que ces piqûres d’insectes provenaient bien de l’hôtel. Je déplore l’attitude de Mme Kashiwagi et de M Sawada, qui m’ont menée en bateau sans jamais prendre leurs responsabilités, ni prendre soin de leurs clients. J’attends toujours leurs conclusions quant à cette affaire.

Pros:

Chambre propre et confortable. J'étais seule donc c'était suffisant pour moi. Pour un couple de touristes ce serait un peu juste surtout avec les valises. Les APA s'adressent avant tout à une clientèle d'affaire.
