Primera buena experiencia
Pros:

Personal muy educado y encantador. Habitación espaciosa y cama muy cómoda
Desayuno tipo buffet abundante y variado. Muy buenom

Cons:

Precio elevado para solo alojamiento y desayuno, aún siendo un 4*. No ofrece aparcamiento gratuito.

Fantastic time for the whole family, we really enjoyed it.
Pros:

Loved the pools and variety, staff were friendly. The gardens were relaxing, and the gym had plenty for a good workout. Breakfast was good too.

Cons:

Lunch choices weren’t great. Sauna was in the other building so never made it up to use.

Un très bon séjour dans un hôtel confortable avec quelques améliorations à apporter.
Pros:

Hôtel très agréable, belle chambre et rien à redire sur la propreté. Les jacuzzis sont un vrai plus et l'offre piscine est plutôt complète.
L'offre du petit déjeuner est très bien. Le personnel d'accueil parle plusieurs langues, c'est très pratique.

Cons:

L'isolation de la chambre est assez mauvaise, on entendait beaucoup les gens des chambres autour, cris et paroles des voisins.
Le 1er bâtiment semble un peu mis de côté par rapport à "l'edificio n°2". La piscine des petits est en décrépitude, on sent qu'elle a très mal vieillit (lino qui se décolle, jeux très usés).
L'hôtel n'est pas pensé pour les gens qui craignent le soleil, même si les températures ne sont pas caniculaires, il n'y a quasiment pas d'endroits à l'ombre au bord des piscines.
Il est également regrettable de ne pas avoir eu plus d'explications sur le fonctionnement de l'hôtel et des 2 bâtiments, l'offre de snack n'avait l'air valable que pour le 2ème bâtiment, du coup, nous n'avons pu en profiter qu'une seule fois. De plus amples explications seraient nécessaires à l'arrivée !

Malgré cela, nous avons passé un bon séjour et cet hôtel reste un bon hôtel, je le recommande.

Perfeito para ferias com crianças
Pros:

Fiquei alojado no Augusta II. Os quartos do piso zero permitem acesso direto ao jardim, ao parque infantil e às piscinas. O programa de atividades para crianças é simples e funciona muito bem. A zona de Spa e as piscinas funcionam ao ar livre quando está bom tempo, sendo fechadas quando está frio, um modelo que resulta perfeitamente com o clima da zona. Quartos grandes, completos, confortáveis e com um bom serviço de limpeza. Perfeito para quem tem carro elétrico: 5€/hora com velocidades de ~11kw/h. (Oferta da 5ª hora)

Cons:

Ao reservar, falta clareza sobre o facto de serem dois hotéis (próximos, mas ainda assim separados por uma caminhada). Era importante que o site e o processo de reserva deixassem claro quais os serviços que cada hotel oferece e onde fica o quarto que reservamos. No site da Booking não é claro só depois de uma visita ao site oficial é que se percebe que são dois hotéis distintos e, mesmo assim, não é fácil compreender quais os serviços da unidade em que ficamos. (Compensam a chatice disponibilizando mini carros elétricos para a deslocação entre hotéis)

Sus piscinas

Cons:

La falta de sombrillas en la zona del solarium , las pocas sombrillas que había de diseño no hacían sombra. Nos cogió una ola de calor y no sé aguantaba al sol. Las zonas del Spa interior tampoco se podían usar porque había 50 grados.

Gran hotel, con pequeñas cosas a mejorar
Pros:

La ubicación, la piscina y el personal, en especial Tomás en recepción, nos ayudó muchísimo con recomendaciones de los alrededores

Cons:

El bufet del desayuno un poco repetitivo y la cafetería estaba cerrada por las tardes.

que mi hijo mayor tuvo que dormir en un sofá, y yo había pedido una cama de matrimonio y una individual, o tres individuales, la próxima vez tendré que pedir una familiar.

La zona del spa y jardines está muy bien

Cons:

El restaurante potus es muy malo, el servicio muy lento y la comida muy regula, aparte de que es carísimo para lo que te dan,una pena, hace años se comía de maravilla.

Piscines exceptionnelles
Pros:

Bel hôtel, bien équipé, Suite familiale plutôt bien pensée.
Les points forts étant les immenses piscines (surtout par beau temps lorsqu’elles sont découvertes), les pataugeoires et un bassin dédié aux enfants et le petit déjeuner +++
Personnel sympathique

Cons:

Ventilation bruyante et pas très rafraîchissante.
Manque de rangement. Kitchenette équipée au minimum.
