Мансардный этаж, жара стояла в квартире неимоверная, прокурено, грязно, не так как на фото. Все старое, прошорканное. Диван просто в ужасном состоянии, даже не садились на него, грязный и обмызганный.

Не відповідає фото, 50 квадратів немає і близько. В номері було грязно, постільна білизна була порвана

We were assigned a semi-basement room, which immediately set a negative tone. The room had a very strong, musty smell and poor natural lighting. It looked nothing like the bright, airy photos shown on the official listing.
The most unacceptable issue was the bedding. We booked a 4-person room, but were only provided with bedding for two people. Even after requesting two extra sets from customer service, we never received any duvets or duvet covers. The original bedding consisted of just a single blanket and a bare duvet insert (without a cover), which made me seriously question its cleanliness. We were ultimately left with only blankets, pillows, and bed sheets.
The facilities were also lacking. The showerhead holder in the bathroom was broken, forcing us to hold it with one hand the entire time we showered. There was no hairdryer provided, and the kitchen was missing essential utensils. Only the frying pan had a lid; the stew pot was without one, and there was no cutting board at all. After contacting customer service, it took two hours for them to deliver an ill-fitting pot lid, a cutting board, and the missing bedding.
Because it was a semi-basement, we couldn't fully open the windows for ventilation due to stray cats trying to get inside.
Overall, this was a terrible stay that completely failed to match the listing's description. I cannot recommend this accommodation.

În primul rand curățenia lasa de dorit. Nu merita măcar o stea. Era infect acest apartament. Foarte multa mizerie. Imi pare rău că nu am facut poze apartamentului ca să le pot posta. Noi am avut un apartament cu 2 dormitoare și living. Am vorbit cu domnul care se ocupa cu rezervările și i am cerut alt apartament mai curat fiind și cu copilul și au refuzat. Le am explicat ca suntem de acord sa ne ofere și un apartament mai mic dar sa fie curat și au refuzat. Nu faceți greșeală sa va cazați la acest hotel.

L’hygiène était désastreuse. Le sol collait, l’aspirateur n’était pas passé avec des cheveux au sol, des miettes, des fourmis, de la crasse partout au niveau de la cuisine. Le lave vaisselle n’avait pas été vidé avant notre arrivée. De plus les ustensiles de cuisines et les assiettes étaient tous ignobles et dégoûtants. Le volet dans la chambre principale était bloqué et cassé. On nous a dit qu’il allait être réparé mais rien a été fait. Les canapés lits n’étaient pas installés et il manquait des draps (de plus ils étaient troués). Nous avons demandé à être changé de chambre ou à avoir une réduction du prix mais rien a été fait pour nous, même pas un message d’excuse. Je déconseille.

Die Waschmaschine war verstopft, wurde aber am selben Tag noch zum laufen gebracht.

Wir hatten keinen Wäscheständer, bekamen auf Nachfrage Gott sei Dank einen.
Das Geschirr war wenig, hat aber durch improvisieren immer irgendwie doch noch gereicht.
2 schlafZimmer Wohnung ganz oben im Dachgeschoss. Schöner Ausblick dafür auf der Terrasse!
