Good location, easy access to Trans Canada Highway . Good value compared to similar hotels in Saint John’s .
Uninterested reception staff. They were not rude but dour . The only employee who gave the impression he enjoyed his job was a young man who was cleaning rooms .

It is comfortable, clean and quiet. I have been staying there off and on for the last 5 years.
The property is starting to look dated. Needs a refresh. We also miss that they don’t offer breakfast.
Great
We had an outside door which meant we didn’t have to go in or out through the hotel. It was like having your own little flat. The staff was great with one exception but we only had to deal with her on our check-in. The property was close to main highways, shopping, gas stations, etc. We fully enjoyed our stay!

Easy to find, relatively quiet area, loved being able to have an outside door and park right in front of my room.
The room smelled a little like wet dog.
The people and the place were great.
We had a downstairs room with it's own exit. It was a terribly rainy night and I have limited mobility due to a knee problem. The parking space by our door was taken when we got there after 12 at noght, teaming rain, and we had to walk from the other side of the building because there was nowhere else to park. I think the spaces by the room that exit to the parking lot should be reserved fir the people staying in those rooms.

I booked a specific room an i was giving another. Not what we wanted but, all they had. Gave our room away. I never booked that room. An it was 110.00 more.
