Needs maintenance badly
Pros:

Staff was friendly and the bathroom was clean as far as cleaning goes. The linen and towels were spotless.

Cons:

This hotel is getting run into the ground.
The furniture barely holds together.
The non-bleachable parts of the bedding were stained.
Walls are stained.
Aircon smells like mold.
Black mold in bathroom (which can be explained by climate but is certainly not helped by the shower head which is missing a gasket so half the water is sprayed on the ceiling).
Turning on the bathroom exhaust fan pulls sewer smell into the bathroom.
There are no sockets next to the bed.
It feels like this hotel was bought and then just run into the ground, extracting money until demolition.
