only the location i like about this hotel..

Cons:

first time i encountered hotel.dont provide bath towel they giving us face towel , poor service u need to go down to reception area to collect what u needed.. we booked for 3 persons yet only provide 1 pair of slippers and yet the room floor was sticky obviously not cleaned properly..and lastly shower room didnt provide non slip floor mat fall risk especially for senior ..hope they can do a better service gg fwd

Muy buena.
Pros:

Limpieza , el tamaño de la habitación y el baño. Que tenía un balcón y muy luminoso . La ubicación es muy buena para ver las cascadas y la zona costera , tener en cuenta las cuestas para ir al centro de la ciudad.

A lovely, affordable option to stay in Jeju!
Pros:

The location was great - just a walk away from Cheonjiyeon Falls, with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The room was also huge and great value-for-money!

Cons:

The bathroom layout was a little strange - we wished there was a door installed to shut the rest of the room off from the sink, toilet, and shower areas (which were all separate). But other than that, the hotel was great.

Comfortabel verblijf
Pros:

De ligging van dit hotel is echt ideaal. Op loopafstand vind je veel leuke restaurants, cafés, supermarkten en bakkers, waardoor je altijd genoeg keuze hebt.

Onze kamer was heerlijk ruim en had een fijn balkon waar we ’s ochtends vroeg en ’s avonds lekker konden zitten. Ook de indeling van de badkamer vonden wij erg prettig. Er is een apart toilet en een aparte douche met bad, waardoor je elkaar niet in de weg loopt.

Het personeel was vriendelijk. Vooral een van de medewerkers heeft ons enorm geholpen met leuke tips voor de omgeving, wat we erg waardeerden.

Daarnaast werd de kamer iedere dag netjes schoongemaakt. De aanwezige shampoo, douchegel en conditioner waren een fijne extra. Houd er rekening mee dat je, zoals op veel plekken in Zuid-Korea, het toiletpapier niet door het toilet mag spoelen en dat er kleine handdoeken worden gebruikt. Dat is hier heel gebruikelijk.

Cons:

Het grootste nadeel vonden wij dat de koelkast volledig uitgaat zodra je de kamersleutel uit de stroomhouder haalt. Daardoor blijven drankjes en andere gekoelde producten tijdens je afwezigheid niet goed koud. Zeker als je eten of medicijnen wilt bewaren, is dat jammer.

Het ontbijt is inderdaad erg beperkt. Voor ons was dat geen probleem, omdat er op een paar minuten lopen meerdere uitstekende bakkerijen zitten waar je heerlijk en voordelig kunt ontbijten.

Good place to stay
Pros:

Nice place to stay to visit !

Cons:

The restaurant and coffee were closed and the terrace also. So we didn’t enjoy these places which was disappointing because they looked way more pleasant on the picture.

Pros:

The room is huge, perfect for four people. The bathroom and showers are big as well. The view has some water but don't expect a resort view. The area is very quiet and has a couple of nice coffee shops.

Cons:

We needed an extra pillow and got charge 5$ per each, we were told this was a deposit but didn't get it back at the end.

從入住到離開都沒有見到櫃檯服務人員，不過自助check in的機器簡單好操作所以沒有造成太大的不便。位置很好走路可以抵達偶來市場，附近吃的也很多～

房間非常的大，還有附設陽台

房間不曉得為什麼一直有很些微的聲響，晚上一個人睡有點怕怕的
