Cheonjiyeon Crystal Hotel

There is a basement carpark with 10 parking lots but there is only 1 ceiling light at the basement. It was total darkness when you drive in Just like those scary movies. I stay at L5 same thing whole corridor got no lights. And if you take lift to basement, when the lift open it was all darkness till you step out of the lift then the sensor light will light up. When night time at the lobby the only light is at the check in counter. And most of the time the lady is not around and she is not friendly at all and also don't expect any extra information from her even use app to translate as her English is super poor. The guy at the reception is quite helpful. If you park your car outside hotel between 11pm to 9am there is a risk of fine by the Jeju traffic department. There is a free parking space outside hotel walking around 5 minutes.
Room is big and  spacious, water pressure is good and toilet and shower is separate. Towel provide is those face towel. There is 2 cups but no spoon for guest to use. We request from reception but due to her poor English she refuse to further communicate with us. At nearby There is 1 convenient shop open by local selling ice cream, snack and soft drinks till quite late. This shop lighting is brighter than the hotel itself.

Alcuni dettagli delle camere potrebbero essere migliorati come la pulizia (abbiamo trovato 2 blatte sul pavimento), la disposizione dei bagni potrebbe migliorare e magari basterebbe aggiungere una porta in modo tale che se io di notte dormo non sveglio l’altra persona con le luci che sono veramente forti.

I'm not one to usually give bad reviews. But this hotel sent us packing after staying one night out of 3 nights we booked. The hotel was not cleaned properly. One of the bedrooms I booked had stains on sheets, we asked to move rooms and was sent to a lower level where the hallway lights were flickering & AC made sounds like out of the grudge movie. It's a very budget hotel and photos online are very deceiving.

No habia nadie en la recepción para atenderte y las instalaciones un poco antiguas.

Brak jakiegokolwiek wieszaka/szafy. Byłam na 1 noc, więc nie stanowiło to dużego problemu,jednak przy dłuższym pobycie byłoby uciążliwe.

停車場位置可能要用圖示說明一下，因為錯過繞回來又要六分鐘

De verlichting deed het niet overal en de doucheslang lekte. Ook zo goed als geen personeel gezien. Helaas was het restaurant beneden gesloten, incl. terras, wat wel heeft meegeteld in de keuze van dit hotel. Ook zijn er slechts beperkte parkeerplaatsen, dus als we te laat terug waren, dan moesten we aan de straat parkeren.
