The hotel's location was fantastic and one of the highlights of our stay. It was conveniently close to the ferry terminal, South Bank Train Station, and South Bank Bus Station, making it very easy to explore the city. The eat South Bank Market was also just a short walk away, offering a great variety of food and a lively atmosphere. With so many attractions and transport options within walking distance, it was the perfect base for our trip. I would definitely stay here again.
While the hotel's location was excellent, I was disappointed with the room and some of the amenities. The room felt quite basic and dated. Several standard amenities that I would normally expect in a hotel were missing, such as complimentary bottled water in the room, slippers, and bathrobes. Drinking water was only available from refill stations outside the rooms, which was inconvenient.
The breakfast was also below expectations. There was no open buffet, and the menu offered a very limited selection, leaving little variety for guests.
Overall, the location was the hotel's biggest strength, but the room quality and breakfast experience could be improved to provide better value for guests.

Location was excellent and after arriving we were able to access local restaurants etc on foot.

Only one chair when we arrived but this was corrected. Basic but comfortable. No tea bags provided!
Room was pleasant
My flight was delayed arrived 8.45 pm , reception said restaurant was still open, went to restaurant 8.50 pm - told it was closed, no room service after 9 am, got a toasted sandwich and could noy get a glass of wine or cider .
At 2.28 am emergency alarm sounds , we evacuate , outside for 40 minutes - it was a false alarm. No apology for the interrupted nights sleep.
