Very good N bad
Pros:

Wonderful n helpful staff. Good customer service for staff 👍👍

Cons:

I didn’t like when the staff asked the manager for the refund of my deposit. He said we have to check the room, you’ll get it in 2/ 3 days. In Ibis it was on the spot.

Pros:

Great bed. Very clean. Staff were pleasant particularly the cleaning staff.

Cons:

Being told green tea bags were not part of stay. I was given a couple for my room but was told definitely not usual. Having great difficulty with trying to connect to the streaming service. I rang reception but gave up. My room had very poor tv connection so that ABC and a number of other stations including radio were not able to be watched/listened to. I asked about this and someone wass going to look while i was out but no idea if they did or didnt. I didnt get a message. My brother's room next door had tv reception that was fine so possible the position of the room but very frustrating for a three night stay. Also had a side lamp flash during the first night when i moved. Very strange.

Overall was a good place to stay while working.
Pros:

I liked that the room was cleaned daily before i finished work. That the place was in a nice area lots of places to eat and things to do.

Cons:

I had milk in tbe fridge but didnt have any tea of coffee to make anythjng with the milk.
