Pros:

The staff were so helpful and friendly, they couldn't do enough to accommodate us and our requests. beds were super comfy and the rooms very clean. Breakfast was quick and delicious.

Exceptional Hotel
Pros:

Upon walking into the front door I knew the hotel was going to be good. Just the clean smell of the place was settling.
The room itself was spacious and a bonus to stream to the TV. Bed was very comfortable for my partner and I to spread out on. The bedroom being refreshed everyday was also really comforting.

Cons:

The parking cost was extra, which was a little downer. I think parking should have been included in the cost of reservation. Given that we paid a substantial amount for the 3 nights we stayed. That was the only complaint I have about this place. Everything else was great!

O quarto era enorme, com muita luz e bastante confortável.

My first choice when staying in SouthBank.
Pros:

Excellent location for going to performances at QPAC. 24 hour concierge is very helpful when you’re travelling. Excellent views and venue. Top marks.
