Pros:

Location. Room lovely . Staff were very nice.
Breakfast was lovely. In a bright room. Enough choices

Cons:

Asked for wake up call. Had early flight. Message wasn't shared so no call.
I missed out on the breakfast. A breakfast box would have been nice. Although I never asked
It said English channels available on TV but was unable to get any English speaking channel.

Pros:

Обслуживающий персонал очень вежливый и гостеприимный. Особенно сотрудники клининга и ресепшена — Охан и Шахин — постарались сделать всё возможное, чтобы гостям было комфортно. Заселение и выезд (check-in и check-out) прошли быстро, без лишних вопросов: нас оперативно зарегистрировали, подробно рассказали обо всех возможностях отеля и пожелали приятного отдыха.
Завтрак всегда свежеприготовленный, с национальной выпечкой, ароматным турецким чаем и кофе. Чистота в номере — на высшем уровне: постельное бельё идеально белое, свежее, без пятен. Никаких насекомых (блох, клопов и т. д.) и посторонних запахов нет.
Расположение просто отличное. Рядом находятся все транспортные узлы: трамвай Т1, метро, Мармарай, а также главный городской порт Эминёню. В шаговой доступности — основные достопримечательности старого города: мечеть Султанахмет, Айя-София, парк Гюльхане, Цистерна Базилика и побережье Сарайбурну. Все же жалуются на шум на улицах в других отелях, а здечь после 20:00 ночи тишина. Кыргыз
Особо стоит отметить, что отель подходит для людей с ограниченными возможностями. Я путешествовал с инвалидной коляской и семьёй, и мне было удобно. Компактный лифт работает бесшумно.
Также рядом находится бюджетная столовая «Балкан Локантасы», где можно вкусно и сытно поесть по очень доступным ценам. Обеды и ужины там действительно помогают сэкономить.
Интернет связь на высшем уровне. Бесплатный вай-фай скоростной есть.

Pros:

Εξαιρετικό ξενοδοχείο, πεντακάθαρο και δίπλα σε πολλά σημεία ενδιαφέροντος καθώς και εστιατόρια και καφέ! Το προσωπικό είναι φιλικό και εξυπηρετικό και το πρωινό πλούσιο με φρέσκα τοπικά εδέσματα που εναλλάσονται από μέρα σε μέρα.

Hotel je na čudoviti lokaciji. V bližini imate vse – tramvaj, metro, avtobusno postajo, lokacija je res odlična! Sobe so urejene in čiste, vsak dan nova posteljnina in brisače, velika zahvala osebju, ki skrbi za sobe.
Zajtrk je skromen, a povsem zadosten, vse je okusno in čisto. Velika zahvala tudi kuhinjskemu osebju za prijaznost in ustrežljivost.
Posebna zahvala gre vodji recepcije, gospodu Ozan Arslan, ki je zelo komunikativen in vse hitro ter pozitivno reši.
Zagotovo priporočam – z veseljem se bomo še vrnili, saj smo res uživali.

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, δίπλα στα μέσα μεταφοράς, στην αγορά και την Αιγυπτιακή αγορά.
Πολύ εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό, Πολύ καθαρό.

Cons:

Το πρωινό είχε πολλές σαλάτες και τουρσί, κάτι που δεν συνηθίζουμε τα πρωινά και λιγότερη ποικιλία τυριών η αλλαντικών.

Cafe da manhã deveria ter mais opções para não turcos. O colchão ja estava um pouco afundado. A luz do banheiro piscava e no último dia deixou de funcionar.

Прожил неделю, все супер, отличные завтраки, номер чистый и приятный, уборка отличная, персонал доброжелательный, только
Pros:

Суперместо, самый центр, два шага до Египетского базара. пешеходная зона, вечером прекращается всякое движение транспорта, все затихает, очень комфортно.

الفندق معتمد بالنسبه لي في كل زيارة

حقيقة تعامل الموظفين راق جدا ومميز
السيد أوزان وشاهين ومحمد جدا متعاونين طلبت تغيير الغرفه للاكبر فوجدتهم مجهزين افضل غرفه عندهم
وكذلك النظافة مميزة
وطاقم اعداد الفطور رائعين جدا ودودين
حقيقة هذا الفندق من أفضل الفنادق في سيركجي

قد يكون العزل غير جيد إلا أن هذا شائع في جميع فنادق سيركجي باعتبار قدم المكان وكونه تراثي

Good little hotel in the heart of the old town.
Pros:

The hotel was in a fantastic location to visit all the main sites. There was a lift. The breakfast was very good with a lot of variety.

Pros:

Friendly, efficient English speaking staff.
Great location, two minutes' walk to the tram and railway stations, 20 minutes' walk to the Blue Mosque and other Sultanahmet attractions. Great choice of cafes/restaurants right on the doorstep.
Clean, tidy room with big comfy bed. Good soundproofing- despite overlooking a busy street, I had four really peaceful nights' sleep.

Cons:

Lack of wardrobe space,
Bathroom was a little on the small side.
