This was honestly one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at! I took my 9 yo granddaughter to Pigeon Forge for spring break. We planned go see Dollywood and other sites. We spent 1/2 a day at Dollywood and she couldn't wait to go back to the hotel. She had made friends in the pool and just wanted to spend the whole vacation at the pool. The lobby was inviting and we spent our nights playing games and eating there. I cannot say enough nice things about this hotel. I plan to bring my whole family back!

I enjoyed the room. The breakfast was good. I like the ticket idea and not a messy buffet.
Pros:

I loved the outdoor fire pits and the lazy river. The bed was super cozy.

Cons:

The staff cleaned the room for us but they took the dirty towels/washclothes and did not leave us any clean ones. When we called down for towels they said they would bring them up but we had to call twice. When they brought the towels they did not bring wash clothes. When I asked for them he returned with hand towels. The refrigerator in the room had broken door. We had trouble opening and closing it.

Nice place
Pros:

Room was pretty, facility is beautiful. Pool is great, plants are beautiful.

Cons:

Our bathroom's ventilation was awful. Our toilet paper was soaked from condensation from taking showers. Everything in the bathroom was soaked from lack of ventilation. It was almost hilarious.
