Ottimo hotel a due passi dal conference center
Pros:

Ottimo hotel, dotato di ogni comfort a due passi dal conference center e dal centro della città. La camera è spaziosa, il letto è comodo e il bagno è dotato di tutte le cose necessarie.

Cons:

La macchina del ghiaccio nel congelatore non poteva essere fermata. Ad un certo punto del soggiorno abbiamo usato una tazza ed è stata avviata la lavastoviglie per lavarla sprecando quindi un sacco di acqua inutilmente.
Inoltre, nonostante sia presente una piccola cucina, sono assenti piatti, posate e pentole/padelle.

It was underwhelming and a little disappointing.
Pros:

The staff were all very kind and accommodating but our room was only cleaned once in the 5 days we stayed there. And the pool was not useable for more than half that time which was very disappointing for my family.

Great stay
Pros:

Stayed here for 7 nights for a conference. Great value for money, very large rooms with proper workspace and comfy beds. Breakfast was really nice as well

The location was convenient to our activities during our stay. Lots of places to eat and shop nearby. Close to the theater.

Cons:

The breakfast food was not very good. The staff was ok, but not very attentive. Had their earbuds in while talking to you, etc.

Excellent Location, Comfortable Stay.
Pros:

The hotel’s location was excellent and made it easy to explore Denver. I was able to walk to the 16th Street area, access Union Station, and conveniently join several excursions during my stay. The complimentary breakfast offered a full hot breakfast each morning and provided a good start to the day. Overall, the hotel was comfortable and served as a great home base for my trip.

Cons:

My main concern was the noise that traveled through the air-conditioning vent into the room, particularly during the evening and overnight hours. There was very little hallway noise, so it appeared the sound was coming through the ventilation system. Additionally, housekeeping was inconsistent over the weekend. On Saturday and Sunday, coffee supplies were not replenished, and room cleaning appeared less thorough than expected. While these issues did not ruin the stay, addressing them would improve the overall guest experience.
