Wir kommen nicht wieder
Pros:

Ok / in die Jahre gekommenes altes Hotel, aber mit Charme und sympathisch geführt.

Cons:

Fenster liessen sich praktisch nicht öffnen. Ganz schlecht war das Frühstück im „ Partner- Hotel“ Blanco‘s- hierfür erhielten wir Gutschein, da es im Grand Hotel kein Frühstück gab. Das Essen dort war wirklich schlecht- alles alle schon zum 9h, ausser weiterhin fettiger bacon und Würste. Kein jogurth/ nur Wassermelone/ auch auf Nachfrage nichts weiter.

Great location and good for a one night stay
Pros:

Great central location and very helpful and friendly staff

Cons:

The room was a little tired but had everything I needed. Didn’t like having to go to another hotel for breakfast but it was an excellent breakfast when I got there.
There was a loud party going on mid afternoon when I arrived but thankfully it had stopped at bedtime.

The hotel is in a very convenient position and a nice hotel. I had a nice roast dinner in their bar. The staff are frien
Pros:

Good size room, comfy bed, clean, plenty of tea and coffee with kettle. Nice shower.

Cons:

Window blind had fallen down and just left on the window sill. So no curtain or blind at window. No breakfast chef, so I was given a breakfast voucher for Blancos Hotel, but not informed of the distance I had to walk without being given directions how to get there, it took me nearly 30 minutes including going under two underpasses, I nearly gave up and asked 4 different people on the way for directions to get there. Port Talbot isn’t the most desirable place to walk about on your own.

Clean and comfortable
Pros:

Only stayed in night, unfortunately food not available but it was clean , comfortable and air conditioning.

Cons:

No food service for evening meal.
There were some locals in bar who were a little bit boisterous in the afternoon.

Whilst the building internally and externally would not really be described as anything other than words like ' tired' or ' shabby ' what do you expect for less than £ 65 !!!!
What you do get is fantastic , friendly, helpful service from every person I met . Better than the majority of places I have stayed at twice the money.

Cons:

Nothing as it was all better than the price I paid.

No frills
Pros:

My room was at top loft so out of the way. Quiet.

Cons:

Dated and bathroom was a bit rough.
Carpark looks like a place you wouldn't want to leave you car in for 30mins let alone a whole night.
