Very friendly family run hotel. All staff were excellent and food was the best we have had so far in our holiday. If you are there on a Sunday, there is a brilliant folk music session.
The traffic was quite noisy during the day.
The staff were lovely. Very friendly and helpful. Especially John. The food was lovely
The location was ideal, in the middle of Spiddal village with easy access to the beach and for driving to different places. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were lovely. The room was functional and clean. The parking in the front of the hotel was very handy too.
The room could be updated a bit i.e. there were no plugs by the beds. Other than that the room was fine, functional and clean.
Food and location
Small overpriced room
Clean
Excellent location. Good breakfast. Nice staff.
Local to amenities but right on main road so a little noisy. Gateway to the west.
Friendly
I paid for a deluxe room, with balcony and sea view, but we got a room with a balcony you could hardly stand on and a view of 5 air conditioning units. You can see the sea to the left, but it’s deceptive in the way it’s advertised. The hotel just need to remove deluxe and a sea view from the room description.
All good, the staff were outstanding and very nice. This small hotel would put the major hotels to shame with their fresh & outstanding breakfast/no buffet breakfast here. We will be back, thank you for your hospitality/well done 👍
All good
The cleanliness of the place, the friendliness of the staff and the delicious food.
There was nothing I didn't like.
Staff were helpful
Breakfast needs to improve. Milk was unfortunately slightly sour and diluted orange rather than fresh orange juice. Might have expected more considering the price.
The location
No hot water. No shower curtain or door
It was shelter
It was cold NO HEAT!
Asked keeper about turning it on, as he controlled it came on for a short time then was shut back off???
Next morning mentioned it he walked to the back and it came on again for a short time???
Don’t know is this is a game he plays with patrons or not?
Breakfast was very very limited
Very friendly staff, great food and very acomadating
