فرصه جيده للجوده والمتعه مقابل المال الفندق فعلا يستحق بجانب ذلك فريق الاستقبال Bally and Jer كانوا متعاونيين للغايه اشكر الفريق جميعا على ابتساماتهم وحسن استقبالهم وتعاونهم طول فترة اقامتي حيث كانت ٤ ليالي وامتدت الى ١٠ ليالي

Cons:

لايوجد خدمات حول الفندق وهو تقريبا على طريق سريع لااحد يفكر يمشي الا بسيارات الاجره. لكن عموما هو قريب من باتونغ حيث تجتمع فيها كل الخدمات

Great property for people who don’t leave the hotel premises much and are comfortable taking public transport every time
Pros:

The property is great and very well maintained. We stayed for 2 weeks and took a room with a private pool which was perfect for the timeframe. It had a microwave, coffee machine and all the basic amenities one needs for a slightly longer stay. We extended our last day in a basic room with the tub which was also excellent. There is a terrace on top which has beautiful sunsets and the gym is great too. We had one meal at the hotel which was also delicious. We didn’t use the pools much as we had a private pool but they looked great.

Cons:

I had 2 issues with the stay. One was the location. The property is located right on a main carriageway so walking is NOT an option. Either you call a grab or rely on the hotel’s transport to Patong centre which has fixed times of 3-4 trips a day so that was a little inconvenient. The second was my booking came with airport transfers but when I reached out to the hotel they said they were unable to supply it so this miscommunication was annoying!

Il a fallu que je demande le changement de drap pour que le personnel s’en occupe, au bout de plus de 10 jours.. pas assez de transat autour de la piscine
