Hotel nie wspomina o dwóch standardach pokoi. Podczas upałów pokoje w zwykłym standardzie nie wyposażone w klimatyzację posiadają temperaturę wewnątrz 29 st C której wiatrakiem nie można obniżyć. Obsługa daje rady, aby zresetować system. Aby natomiast skontaktować się z obsługą należy zadzwonić na numer infolinii w Liechtenstein. Długość dyskusji podczas check in oraz rozwiązywania problemu wewnętrznej temperatury kosztowała mnie 290 zł dodatkowej opłaty za roaming. Hotel oszczędza, ja płacę. Nie polecam.
