Lovely but pool not great
Pros:

Lovely clean room
Nice gym with a decent range of equipment - squat rack, 1 bench, free weights, few cardio machines.
Very welcoming and kind staff. Helped me sort a tour at the very last minute when my travel agency bailed on me
The bed was very comfy and massive
Long gym and pool opening hours
2x 500ml bottles of water provided every day

Cons:

Pool is quite small and hidden behind the restaurant, so not great for access - would need to walk in bikini as people are eating breakfast/drinking at night
Not a real fridge in the room, it's a cooler

Clean, big room

Cons:

Location was awful, worst place in Bali by far. Nothing nearby, all private beaches so can’t go anywhere else. Nothing nearby to eat. Most expensive place we stayed in Bali too.
Hotel was nice, but only 6 loungers between all guests, and alcohol was double as expensive as everywhere else. Although i understand its due to location.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, das Personal super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit in allen Dingen. Pool sehr schön auf dem Dach und essen im Rooftop-Restaurant sehr lecker. Auch Cocktails 🍹 sind sehr zu empfehlen. Einziges Manko… die Musik die gespielt wird, immer europäischer Radio-Pop und ein Wäschetrockner auf dem Balkon wäre gut.

Beautiful hotel but on a busy road
Pros:

Staff were exceptional. I cant thank them enough. Hotel is very nice, good rooms, big beds good bathrooms.

Cons:

Noise from road was an issue for me personally. Only 6 sunbeds by rooftop pool. Hotel is not on the beach but only a 5 minute walk away. Restaurant and particularly bar pricing needs to be more competitive. Alcohol expensive.

The property was absolutely beautiful, peaceful, immaculately presented. The room was exceptional. the setting was calming, and the overall atmosphere made it very easy to relax and unwind. The breakfast was excellent, and the attention to detail throughout the property was very much appreciated.

Pros:

- Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were all very nice, welcoming, and accommodating. They even surprised me with a small birthday cake, which I truly appreciated.

- One thing I really loved is how considerate they are with their guests. Even after check-out, if you leave your luggage with them, you can still use their shower room before heading to the airport. They provide towels and even a blower, which was very convenient and thoughtful. They also have weighting scale to check your luggage

- The food and drinks at the restaurant were also really good, and the view from the pool area was beautiful and relaxing.

- The whole hotel has a peaceful ambiance, and it smells good, especially in the lobby. I also noticed they have a gym available for guests.

- The location is also convenient — around 20 minutes away from The Edge and Koral Restaurant.

One thing to note: the hotel is very eco-friendly and focused on conserving nature, so guests are encouraged to bring their own toiletries. Complimentary items only include a toothbrush and hair net.

Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend staying here!
