Pros:

The location was excellent, the view from the room was breathtaking. The staff were highly customer centric. We were offered an upgrade. The bed was very comfortable. All in all, a wonderful stay in a great hotel.

Stunning outlook, great location in the centre of town, highly recommended and value for money.
Pros:

Great breakfast, stunning outlook and views, exceptional location. I would highly recommend staying in the region, rather than taking a day trip from Tbilisi, which is quite limiting. Spending a few days allows you to properly immerse yourself in the environment and atmosphere.

Cons:

Overall, very satisfied.

Персонал отеля работает на высоком уровне, все дружелюбные и готовы помочь. Спа - отличный, великолепный вид из бассейна и хорошая сауна. ОЧЕНЬ хороший завтрак, давно не встречала, чтобы в отелях было так вкусно. Везде чисто и приятно. Номера просторные, классная ванная, все необходимые вещи для комфортного проживания есть. Это однозначно 10/10, стоит своих денег. Спасибо!

All in all, a very good stay in a small town like Sighnaghi.
Pros:

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The views were true to the pictures uploaded on Booking.com

Cons:

Nothing in specific but we learnt that in certain months in Sighnaghi, the air conditioning is not switched on because of the pleasant weather and proximity to the sea. While we were not affected, we would have appreciated if this were informed to us earlier at the time of booking.

Picturesque Views in the City of Love
Pros:

It's been a tradition of ours to stay at this hotel every time we visit Sighnaghi in the past 12 years. It has a special place in my heart since 2014 (the year I was pregnant with my daughter while visiting there for the first time). The hotel is situated in the perfect location in Sighnaghi. The view of the Caucasian mountains in the background at the restaurant, swimming pool, and some of the rooms is truly spectacular. I highly recommend getting a room with a mountain view. It is a magical place to wake up to in the morning. The staff is always wonderful and friendly. I hope to see them again the next time we return in the future. The breakfast was also very tasty and worth including in the room stay. We also had room service for dinner from the restaurant. It was so nice and convenient. We will be back in the future.

Cons:

I hope these are temporary issues, but the elevator was not working when we arrived. The staff helped us with carrying our bags, but going up and down stairs is not always fun. The steam room was also not working which I was really sad about. I love a good steam room. The gym does not have much in it. I am not sure the last time it was actually updated. I know this hotel has been in Sighnaghi for a significant amount of time now, so I hope it stays up to par and does not go down in quality as time goes by.

A beautiful and comfortable hotel with amazing views, friendly staff, and a very welcoming atmospher
Pros:

The view from the room was absolutely breathtaking. We stayed with our dog, and there were no issues with check-in at all, which was very convenient. The breakfast was good, and the coffee machine made delicious coffee.

There is a small park and several nice restaurants near the hotel where you can have a great dinner. The staff spoke excellent English, everything was clear, and we always received helpful answers to all our questions.
