Что понравилось: красивые панорамные виды на город, отзывчивый и доброжелательный персонал, а также очень вкусный завтрак. Это определённо сильные стороны отеля.
К сожалению, проживание оставило неприятное впечатление. Ковролин в номере весь в пятнах и очень пыльный, создаётся ощущение, что в номере ходят в уличной обуви. Чистота напольного покрытия вызывает серьёзные вопросы. Также телевизор очень старый и давно нуждается в замене на современную модель.
Отдельно разочаровала ситуация с бассейном. Мы хотели посетить его около 20:00, поскольку нам сообщили, что он работает до 23:00. Однако бассейн оказался закрыт, персонала на месте не было. Мы около 10 минут самостоятельно ходили по тёмным коридорам, пытались найти вход, но все двери были закрыты. В итоге воспользоваться бассейном так и не удалось.
Хотелось бы, чтобы администрация уделяла больше внимания чистоте номеров, обновлению оборудования и, самое главное, достоверности информации о доступности услуг отеля. За такую стоимость проживания ожидаешь гораздо более высокого уровня комфорта и организации.
Kabadoni Boutique Hotel is a beautiful place to stay in Sighnaghi, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and even Azerbaijan in the distance. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the balcony was a real highlight, overlooking the charming town of Sighnaghi with the mountains creating a stunning backdrop.
During my stay, there was a gas shortage in the region, which meant there would be no hot water. The hotel was proactive in communicating this in advance and kindly provided me with a complimentary room upgrade. I really appreciated their thoughtfulness and the way they handled the situation.
Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would absolutely love to return. Sighnaghi is such a beautiful destination, and Kabadoni Boutique Hotel is a lovely place to experience it. Next time, I would definitely plan a longer visit to enjoy more of what the hotel and the surrounding area have to offer!

We loved the size of the room in the superior room. The view was amazing. The breakfast was fantastic and the view was breathtaking.
We were not able to turn the heat off in our room so had to leave the door open. The first room we were assigned to was very small and we asked to change rooms which they accommodated. the carpets in both rooms we stayed in had stains on them. It was over priced for the quality of the rooms.
Excellent location right in the heart of Sighnaghi, with everything within walking distance. Beautiful views of the Alazani Valley and a very good breakfast.
We specifically chose this hotel to celebrate my birthday and enjoy the SPA facilities. Unfortunately, both saunas were out of order, and the swimming pool was too cold to use comfortably.
The most disappointing part was that nobody informed us about the unavailable saunas, either before arrival or during check-in. We only discovered this when we went to the SPA area.
Technical issues can happen, but failing to inform guests is unacceptable, especially for a hotel in this price category. Had we known, we would have chosen another hotel.

Very expensive breakfast — 50 GEL per person, even charged the full price for a child. Also, the sauna was closed.
