Almost everything. staff is really friendly, normal breakfast, normal environment, cozy pool, great view

The first room we have taken was very noisy, but the staff kindly changed our room to the very comfortable room.

Pretty disappointing
Pros:

The only nice thing about this hotel is the view from the terrace.

Cons:

The elevator is very very dangerous, and the WiFi connection constantly crashes. The food from the restaurant is probably the worst we’ve had in Georgia, and the service is also amateur and creepy. Breakfast is poor and stingy as well.

Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel, and wish we could have stayed a bit longer. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was great, with amazing views over the valley from the restaurant. The gym and spa also has amazing views! Location is in the center of the village so easy walking to the old city walls, wine bars, and restaurants.

Very comfortable modern hotel at peak of hill town
Pros:

Wonderful place to stay. At peak of hill town. Very close to everything. Modernist style. Excellent location. Good staff. Excellent buffet breakfast with option for à la cart choices. We were upgraded to a larger room with a fabulous view overlooking the valley.
