Pros:

O apartamento é bem limpo, isso contribuiu bastante para a escolha. Vimos diversas avaliações de outros locais com uma localização melhor, mas que não eram limpos.
Tem portaria 24h e o gerente do local é uma pessoa muito simpática

Cons:

No Brasil estamos acostumados com chuveiro sem banheira. Sei que é costume da Argentina, porém é algo a se considerar, pois a banheira escorrega, então tem que tomar bastante cuidado na hora do banho.
Mas é mais questão de um cuidado a mais mesmo, nada que atrapalhe muito a experiência do local.

Excellent apartments with easy check in process
Pros:

Big rooms, comfortable beds and well equipped with everything you need for your stay. It was very quiet which was important for me after struggling to sleep in the last 2 places I booked. Check in and payment was also easy compared to previous places.

Cons:

Wifi was slow and unreliable

Buena pero si no tiene internet no sirve

Cons:

Hace años que me hospedo en este lugar y es la primera vez que tengo inconvenientes con internet. No funcionó correctamente ninguno de los tres días que me hospedé y eso realmente es un trastorno porque utilizo internet para trabajar.

Tive que pedir cobertor na segunda noite, pois passamos frio na primeira. Toda hora os cartões perdiam o magnetismo. Porteiros eram mal educados e eu não entendi que era uma espécie de flat quando fiz a reserva. A recepção funcionava só em horário comercial. Não achei a experiência boa, infelizmente.

Pros:

Diego, the manager was very helpful and friendly offering to keep our bags when we arrived early in the morning until the room was available. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Many amenities available, iron, ironing board. stove with two burners, refrigerator, coffee maker, bread toaster, plates, silverware, microwave. We stayed there for 9 days, went to the Iguazu falls and then came back for another 3 days before flying back to Miami. Also the closet and drawer was very spacious. I requested extra hangers and they were provided right away. They have a washers and dryers in the basement that could be used by purchasing coins in the office (very convenient for long stays). If I go back to Buenos Aires, I will definitely stay there again.

Cons:

The office hours are limited and you have to let them know ahead of time if you are going to be arriving after 4:00pm so they leave the keys in the front desk. Not really a problem but something to be aware of.
