Good location and value.
Pros:

Very well presented room, good sized shower room (albeit with a doll sized washbasin!). Nicely decorated (looked very fresh) and big bright windows. Huge TV if that's needed. Excellent location the best coast and good value for money overall.

Cons:

The room is quite noisy, being on the main road (seemed busy than where I used to stay in Edinburgh!) and above the pub. The noise of the music there being played seeps through to the room. On the Friday I stayed this went on to 1.30am in the morning.

Can’t wait to come back!
Pros:

We loved our stay here! Wished it was for longer! The staff were fantastic! Sammy (we think was her name) was fantastic- over and above for anything we asked! Bed was comfy! Large windows to view outside. Desk and chair were appreciated. Everything was clean and tidy. Can tell someone has put in work to make this a lovely room to stay in. The pub atmosphere at night was great. The locals VERY welcoming. Huge range of drinks to choose from! Great time. Can’t wait to come back. Stones throw from the beach also!
