Special touches bed turn down little treats and weather report puts the hotel head and shoulders above others. Staff are awesome could not fault.
Maybe variation in French music in restaurant.
Very boutique and small to our liking
The breakfast could have more variety if you are there for more than a few days - however the quality of the breakfast and service was first class.
The location, the staff, the breakfast was amazing and the room was fabulous. When I inquired about my ride to the airport everyone was on board they all knew about it just very with it and organized.
There is not one single thing I didn’t like. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. Linen was lovely - lush towels and duvet. The pool was nice to relax by. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants and the shopping mall isn't too far away. I would stay here again.
The room had a mould smell - I assume this is because it is a hotel in a hot and humid location and by default has limited airflow
The magnolia suite was fantastic for family of 4. Lots of space, clean, location was great and service was fantastic.
Bathroom was a little outdated but thats no big deal as all rooms were kept clean.
Beautiful chic hotel with a French feel - big comfortable room - great bed and decent pillows. The breakfast was yummy and a good selection. Staff - front desk and restaurant - were great. I’ve been to Bali many times and this has become my go to hotel.

Only spent one night before flying out the next day. Would definitely like to stay for longer. Spacious, clean and comfortable. Lovely staff. Didn't get to use the pool or on site restaurant.
Staff were excellent, very friendly, eager to help and went out of their way to ensure we were attended to.
Location was great. Close walk to Icon Shopping Mall, beach, restaurants and bars.
Rooms were spacious(except bathroom which could only cater for one person at a time) plenty of charging points.
Breakfast was a little on the light side and didn’t offer much variety.
We asked for a quiet room, however for light sleepers like us, be aware that the rooms don’t have sound proofing and you can hear the television in the next room, people walking around above and either side of you and doors banging at all hours of the night, however this is not the fault of the staff, rather the persons occupying and the lack of sound proofing.
Bathroom only has space for one person at a time to occupy.
The room itself was a very comfortable size.

The breakfast menu is quite limited; however, I understand this for a smaller hotel, (no wastage).
The pool does not receive much sun so, if you like the water a little warmer then you might find it too cold.

Great location, friendly and competent staff, lovely rooms, and good food and live music at the attached restaurant. We stayed as a family of four with two young kids and the adjoining rooms, separated by a living room, was the perfect layout for us.

Pool was too cold, no sun
Decor. Rooms. Service was all exceptional. The pool area although small was adequate and beds were always available. Spa was very good and the food/beverage from bar area was always served with a huge smile and very welcoming. Location was excellent. Housekeeping staff always smiling and eager to assist if you had a query and the turn down evening housekeeper staff member was a credit to the Hotel. Reception staff always acknowledged you as you walked back and fore even if they were busy on their booking systems. First class and so glad we booked this Hotel.
