エレベーターのそばに喫煙室がありますが外まで煙草の臭いがあるのがきになりました。

駅から近くて便利。
Pros:

ロケーションが良かった。駅から近いし、市電の乗り簿か近い

Cons:

部屋が狭い。一人だからまだ良いけど、あの部屋でふたりは、あまりにも狭い。バッグの置き場もない。

Nice stsy at MyStay Hakodate
Pros:

All went well. Check in and out was good, WiFi was good, room was clean, quiet, good lighting, great location right across from the Station, and the Ouster bar downstairs was great. Would recommend

Cons:

Rooms rather small but most are like that here in Japan Im finding out

南館に案内されたが南館のエレベーター迄の短い距離ではあるがタバコ臭い
古い建物をリノベーションしているからか洗面台等の排水管から臭う

満足度の一泊
Pros:

函館駅や大門横丁まで徒歩数分のロケーション。清潔で静かなお部屋。充実した朝食バイキング。ちゃんと暑いお湯がでる浴室。

Cons:

大浴場があると良かった。喫煙者としては、もう少し広い喫煙所の方が嬉しい。

主要酒店,係接近函館駅前,交通方便係各景點, 對於鐘意去旅行的我, 這是首選重點.

Great Location for tourists!
Pros:

- Excellent location (right opposite Hakodate bus stop, tram station and JR station).
- Direct bus from Hakodate airport (20 mins ride).
- New and clean room with good Wi-Fi and other facilities as highlighted. Microwave on every floor, baggage locker room in the lobby areas, etc.
- Polite and courteous staff.

Cons:

Slow Check-In. Reception staff commence check-in strictly at 3pm. Due to huge number of guests waiting at lobby area, there is no queue system and guests who have been waiting earlier got the rooms in the end. It is suggested that the reception staff at least commence the paper work for check-in prior to 3pm (ID collection, payment of taxes, form filling, etc) to avoid delay in receiving the room keys.

There is no Air-Conditioning control unit in the room. There is only a fan. It was humid and sweaty in the night which caused sleepless nights.

Unlike other hotels in Japan, you cannot place your bags under the beds as it is a closed space. Hence bags needs to be closed and placed in vertical position after every use which was inconvenient.

Lovely hotel, small rooms but make sure you have a good view
Pros:

The staff were very kind. I fell over and hurt my knee and they immediately provided me with a water bottle full of ice and asked if I needed a doctor (which I didnt). The Oyster bar on the ground floor is so good. Lovely atmosphere and lovely staff....tried my first ever oyster. Trams were easily accessible to take you to other parts of town.

Cons:

Rooms were small ...the smallest we have had in Japan and our view was awful....the escape stairs...and we had asked in advance for a room with a good view

Pros:

離JR函館站很近，交通方便，自助check in/check out一目了然，這次住的房間雖然不大但格局方正，行李箱都可以放下打開

Cons:

浴廉有一點味道；房間燈光比較昏暗+黃光，桌上也沒有檯燈，化妝要去廁所化光線才夠😅
