wunderbar - ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral.
Sehr freundliches Personal.
Die Receptionisten versuchten jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen.

Fantástico San Sebastián
Pros:

Camas muy cómodas, Que tenía mini bar gratis, te esperaban con espumante y tenía una cafetería sin costo

Cons:

Que para el valor q era muy alto le faltaban cosas básicas, como acondicionador, gorra de baño, crema, zapatillas de estar etc

Will be back for sure. Beautiful hotel in a fabulous city.
Pros:

So central and close to everything. Old town, beach and shopping minutes away. We couldn’t have asked for more. Coffee bar and Prosecco freebies were fabulous.

4 star location but definitely not the hotel.

Cons:

We told the receptionist multiple times about our clogged shower and did nothing about it.

At one point, the water was going outside the bathroom and the water had been running for about 4 minutes.

I had a pleasant and convenient stay, with a great location, clean, and helpful staff.
Pros:

I really liked the hotel’s location. It was within walking distance of the conference center, the city center, and the beach, which made everything very convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I also appreciated having a supermarket right across from the hotel, which was very practical. The room was very clean, and the daily housekeeping was excellent.

Cons:

Overall, my stay was pleasant, but there were a few things that could be improved. As I was travelling alone, having a room with three beds made the room feel smaller than necessary. I also was not informed about how to use the air conditioning until the last day, when reception explained that I needed to turn it on myself. It would have been useful to receive this information at check-in. I would also have appreciated breakfast being included in the room price.would also have appreciated complimentary water and tea/coffee-making facilities in the room, as well as breakfast being included in the room price.
