Great location. Friendly staff.
Didn’t have parking and it was difficult to find one during the week of festivities in San Sebastián. We had a room for 3 adults and it was very very small and uncomfortable.
În the heart of the town with nice staff and condortable rooms
The staff were lovely, the location is excellent, it is nice and clean and I got free drinks from the mini bar, decent internet as well.
The bed wasn't the most comfortable for the cost and was pushed into a corner of the room. It was pricey
The property is very central within walking distance of the old town, the shopping district and the beaches. There are great restaurants nearby everywhere. Very good breakfasts!

Clean and location very central
Extra bed was not as comfortable and placement in room was restricted access to move around
Clean convenient rooms and helpful staff.
While the room was great and the staff were helpful, we paid about 400 Euro per night and it was very bare bones. It was one of the last rooms available in the area so perhaps that's just San Sebastian.
The staff is the most attentive and supportive. The location is excellent and the rooms very comfortable and the amenities are also very thoughtful. Loved the entire experience. Will definitely come back!

Didn’t have breakfast
Really lovely boutique hotel in an excellent location in a fabulous city. The check in procedure was smoothless and we appreciated being offered a complimentary glass of Cava after a very long car journey. Special mention- Aihnoa at Reception. She was so professional and welcoming, she is a big asset to this hotel.
Staff was great; place was centrally located; breakfast was delicious!

Booking said we'd have three twin beds. We didn't. We got an extra bed but it was tight!
