Great location,, but overall could be better
Pros:

The location is perfect. Close to the old city, close to the beach. Amazing neighbourhood with great coffee places, restaurants and shops. The shower was amazing. The room was super clean. We got some complementary drinks and welcome sweets.

Cons:

The rooms are small. The isolation is terrible. We could hear people from the room next to ours talking. Like, normally talking, they didn’t rise their voices or anything. They have upgraded us to the bigger room, so we had 2 levels. It would be way better and more comfortable if they turned lower part into the sitting area with sofa bed instead of the king size bed. With the current layout they have 2 king size beds (each on both levels) and there are no space to move much. Anyway there is only 1 bathroom and stairs are super noisy so if someone needs to go to toilet or anything it would wake up everyone.

Cons:

Unengagiertes Personal. Keinerlei Service. Auf unsere Wünsche wurde nicht eingegangen. Zimmer klein und unpersönlich mit zwei getrennten Betten. Minibar nicht nachgefüllt. Coffeeroom im Lobbybereich teilweise verschmutzt und nicht funktionsfähige Geräte. 330 Euro für die Übernachtung absolut unangemessen!

- near the old town, the area is fun but not too noisy
- near the beach

Cons:

- wears and tears in the bathroom. Corners of shower have water damage, grout lines dirty
- duvet is incredibly uncomfortable. The sheet feels uncomfortable. Duvet cover keeps falling out. We have trouble sleeping
- I can hear people closing/opening doors at night in my room, really hard to sleep through the night

Must Stay in Madrid.
Pros:

Great hotel in a prime location. You could walk everywhere or take public transportation right outside. Plenty of shopping, restaurants and sites. The staff were very friendly, accommodating and professional. The hotel room was amazing. It was large with a lot of storage space , very comfortable and decorated beautifully. The bathroom was large and updated with good taste. Don’t be fooled by the small reception on the ground floor.

Didn’t have parking and it was difficult to find one during the week of festivities in San Sebastián. We had a room for 3 adults and it was very very small and uncomfortable.

Very pleasant, maybe go when they have a bit of a sale on

The staff were lovely, the location is excellent, it is nice and clean and I got free drinks from the mini bar, decent internet as well.

Cons:

The bed wasn't the most comfortable for the cost and was pushed into a corner of the room. It was pricey
